Same. I think Kalona will try and hurt Zoey, but then Stevie Rae will step in to try and save her, then Kalona will yell, "Rephaim, kill the Red One!" And I think he will say no.

The look on Kalona's face would be priceless. ^.^

Well i can't help but think that Kalona would somehow turn Stevie Rae into the "dangerous predator" whose clearly taking advantage of Rephaim and/or simply using him to get information on Kalona.

he definitely will do that. i mean the others will try the same with Rephaim (tell SR that he just uses her etc). But they both know the other too well to believe what they're saying. and that will probably finish friendship on both of their sides.

I think so too, as sad as that may sound. I mean Stevie Rae and Rephaim can tell if the other is lying to them, so it would be a little difficult to do something like that to begin with.

Don't get me wrong, I think the Red Fledglings will be (at first) just as pissed as everyone else. But i think over time, as they see Rephaim struggle with the concepts of doing the right things, they will realise that Rephaim has never known any better and i also think they will realise that Rephaim struggling with his humanity is no different then how they struggle with theirs. Or at least i'm hoping they will understand. I mean, it would have made Stevie Rae a complete hypocrite if she said how it isn't right to kill anyone and then had killed Rephaim or just left him to die.

i agree with your hypocrite-thought. that's why i like SR so much, she has a real big heart

At the end of the day, she always does the right thing. She may not use the "right" methods, but that's what i like about her the most, sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do, life isn't in black in white but shades of gray and sometimes you have to compromise, you've just got to make sure you're not compromising yourself in the process.

I believe Rephaim will choose Light.
