War. A word that is used with no expectations anymore, we use it as casually as the word “yes” but have you ever thought that war might be more than just a little dispute between countries. Well it can, I have firsthand experience. This is a story about my coven the Greens and our war against the Duke’s. A war for dominance, territory, and blood.......

Chapter 1
My Enemies Enemy
I saw them sitting alone at the table. Just like me and my family. We all knew that they were vampires and they all knew that we were vampires, but school was a bit too public to confront them. A human boy walked up to me, that annoying Nicholas boy.
“What do you want” I asked him with an emotionless tone
“I saw you staring at the Duke’s table and thought I should tell you; don’t mess with those kids there real strong”
“Why are you telling me?”
“I was kind of hoping for a bit of a reimbursement for my services.” I grabbed his arm and pulled it behind his back
“Or how about you walk away and I don’t snap your arm like a twig?” He rushed off
“Well that was a little...... different.” My sister Stephanie had said to me
“I wish we weren’t in school, I would have cracked his neck so fast he wouldn’t notice, but then again that’s not very hard considering I can do this” I swiped across the table trying to grab her glass but she caught my hand.
“Daren you get faster every day, but you’re still not faster than me.”
“We’ll have to go to their covens home after school lets out.”
“Where do they live?” My brother Derek asked
“I don’t know exactly but Kayla is a good enough tracker to find out.
