Bio: Karena is a cousin of the Harman's and is really good with charms and Spells. She swears she was adopted. she is a nice girl but she will fight you for sport.

Bio: her mother was a human and her father was a shapeshifter. Her dad could change into a hawk but because her mother was human Maxine ended up only being able to half change so she has wings. She doesn't fit in anywhere and her parents were murdered. She now moves from place to place.

Okay we can start now!

The human at the end of the darkened alleyway looked back at me with wide, terrified eyes. I gave him a wicked grin and lunged for his throat. His screams turned into low gurgeling noises, then went limp in my arms. Well, my job is done here, I thought to myself as I walked away from is cold dead body.

I threw my backpack over my shoulder and looked at the new town. I sighed and shook my head. I hate my mom and dad, I hate them. Why did I have to get born? I only turned into a freak. Don't fit in anywhere. I could always join the Circle Daybreak or something but even there I would be a freak.

I glanced around. It was weird being surronded by all this beautiful creatures, when you're only a human. Not worth anything. Just food for them. But these people were good, they wanted to save the humans. Maybe that was why mom joined them. I don't really know why she did that. But I still like the Circle Daybreak.

As i was walking back to my home, I felt the presence of someone following me.
