My knife is pressed against my chest
I feel my heart beat through the blade
And as I take my final breath
I start to think about the pain
The slashes on my arms that you have caused
Are red and bleeding now
And creating blood stains on my sleeve
As I try to hide them from the outside world
You always say you want me gone
So this is where it ends
Soon I will be dead
And soon I will be forgotten
But then I think of all my friends
The ones I will leave behind
And soon I start to cry
Tears falling from my eyes
And the blade falls from my grip
A small drop of blood on its tip | |
