struck by the the sun,
looked into the world
where she'd become one.
(that poem was based on a book I just read)

tears rolling over my face,
I touch them with my quivering tounge
they do not make me weak,
rather only make me stronger
Like reminders of the past never to leave my head,
tears show strength
some of my fear,
and all of my hate.
I feel all of that as my tears roll. | |

trying to hear a sound,
only crisp fall leaves below me,
crunching ever so loud.
something was different about today,
cause i pass this way all the time
and, of course this poem doesn't rhyme

Everyday I look out my window,
I see the gleaming sun
It washes over my face
all in one,
before I know,
It starts to snow,
I stick out my tounge
the taste so great
refreashing and white,
I feel so free, and causes no pain
but then it starts to rain. | |

| a simple, sweet, to the point write about fire.
' I command as you do' I think you meant 'Do as I command/ Do as I command you to'. Because 'I command as you do' means you give a command when the fire is doing something. So put it simply, you're giving an empty command >< No point saying you 'command' in other words.
The last stanza is a new view of fire. Insightful and witty. I like that! | |
