My sweet dreams vs my cold reality

Dreams dance in my mind
But I am stale to everything around me
Blind to what is there
Unable to feel the ground
As it's something I must reach for
But I can't get there
The Dreams that tell me what I wanted
Dreams of friends but I can't get them

Now I am swing toward the door
Hopeing to escape the shadows on the walls
For they are driving me mad
I close my eyes and I am back in my bed
With a blank piece of paper on my lap and pen in hand

With a mind full of words
that I dare not say to you
Words I can only say in my dreams
It hurts knowing of the words you will never hear...
Words that would set me free
Now I am inslaved my own mind
Knowing there is no way for me tell you now
No truning back just smiles on our passing

Dreams dance on the TV
The perfect picture
Girl get the boy of her dreams
They live happy everafter
For me friends oare friends nothing more
I fight with myself over these things
Things that could had been helped
I close my eyes and I am back home
With a tear in my eyes and a fake smile on

With a heart full of pain
When I was so close to soemthing
But couldn't claim it as mine!
Only look and dream of having it
You are only now in my dreams
Now I wish I was stronger back then...
Maybe your smile could be brighter in the falling rain
You're just a part of mine memories
The memories that 'kill me inside!'

My sweet dreams vs my cold reality
As my path unfolds before me
Seeming so sweet at first
Then with a blink of the eye
Everything put in place
Building up to send me down to a nightmare
of my cold reality
Unable to help myself
When I am back on the egg shells
Thinking of the what if's
And watching the other reach the skies
Now I've realized this a battle between...
