Leona stared down at the zombie.

Alex saw that the Zombie started to decay.
"we should go meet up with that guy." Alex said. "he might have some answers.

For once Leona didn't object. "It's either we stay here with that rotting corpse or we leave. I choose leave."

"Ditto." Alex agreed.

"I'll go grab my stuff." Leona said, rushing to her room. She grabbed the bag she kept underneath the bed and began shoving her belongings into it.

Alex grabbed her bag and shoved some weapons and amo into it.
"have you got cah?" she called out to her twin.
Alex put in an extra knife.

Leona pulled out a wad of bills, it wasn't too thick. "I think this might last us a week, a little less tops." She threw in a couple daggers.

"great." she replied.
she stuffed in some crackers then she was done.
"we ready?"

Leona nodded, swinging the bag over her shoulders. "We'd better get going, before that thing wakes up. Well, if it does."

Alex looked back to their not-dad.
"nah, its decaying. lets go before it stinks the whole house."
the walked out of the door.

Leona glanced back at the house that had been their home for a while. She didn't feel very sentimental about it. The place was broken down. "I don't think I'll miss this place. Do you?"

Alex looked back aswell.
"nope. i try not to feel at home in the houses we move into."
they went to the ute.
"i'll drive." Alex said with a smile.

Leona laughed. "Try not to crash into anything like last time."

Alex laughed as well.
"hay, that wasn't my fault, the parking meter jumped out at me."
she started the car.

Leona threw her bag in the backseat. "Sure, sure. And the tree just appeared."

"it did!" Alex said, then laughed.
they drove into town.

Leona leaned back, resting her hand against the door.

Alex slowed when she saw the cafe.
"tell me when any parking meters jump." she joked.

Leona nodded, still staring out the window.

Alex found a park.
grabbed her bag. got out, and slugged the meter.
"that should give us some time." she grinned to her sister

Leona smirked. "Let's hope so."

they headed over to the stae 22 cafe.
Alex ordered a hot choclate and sat at a table.

Leona ordered a cappichino and glanced around the cafe.

Christophe was standing by a payphone.
he had been there since the girl had rung him.
he decided it was time to go into the cafe.

Leona took a long sip of her coffee. "Ugh, burnt my tongue" she said.
