There are several dimensions. Most you can't access because nobody knows where they are. In fact, there are only two that people from our dimension can enter. Era never believed the stories her grandmother told her about those worlds, places tahat could be amazing or terrifying depending on what was happening. However, when a strange boy suddenly appears in her neighbourhood carrying a jewelled necklace things change. He's an Enforcer, an agent who keeps the dimensions in balance.
