K: I tell them to come in.

H: we go in.

"Daddy!!"

K: I smile at her and the babies. "Hey baby."

I hug him

K: I hug her back.

"Daddy can you watch the kids while we go out on a date?"

K: "what time?"

"Hmm around 7? I need to set things up"

K: "I should be able to. If not I will get my advisor to do the paperwork and I will have someone helping me with the babies. It's been too long." I smiled at her.

"You have stepmother" I growl

K: "if you haven't noticed that woman is gone. I was thinking Johnny and a maid. Johnny knows the babies so he knows what and when they need things and the maid can get them."

"She's gone!"

K: "have you heard her yelling my name the last 3 months?"

"I thought she was just away on moms old business"

K: "no, I got a divorce and immediately she was gone."

"Why?"

K: "well, at first I did think you were acting up because you didn't like her. Then your boyfriend is getting beat up by her, which is laughable but I respect him for not raising a hand to a woman." I said. "If she hadn't pulled that then I would think it was you."

"You'd choose her over me"

K: "I hope you never have to experience this. Children act up because of their step parents. When she told me about all those things I believed her."

I stand up, "You did!" I step back

K: "but I don't believe it now."

"It's too late."

K: "I'm sorry."

"Youre not daddy. You kicked me out because of that woman"

K: "I didn't think. I wasn't seeing what she was."
