October Full Moon Ritual 2009

Starting in about 10 minutes or so..trying to get some last minute things fixed...

Earth

The place we worship the Goddess
Earth protects us
Nurtures us
It shows us Nyx’s beauty in its flowers, in a leaf, in everything

I call to you Air. The breath of life in everything living. Grace us with your preasence tonight as I call you to the circle.

Spirit: I felt a great sense of calmness come over me as spirit entered hte circle. all my nerves for the circle just idsappeared as it came to compete us all.

The full moon is strong
It holds all power
We gain the most stregnth from thee
We respect thee
We love thee
And one day we will return to thee

Spirit: "Welcome Dark Daughters and Sons to the October Full Moon Ritual of 2009! This dear blessed Harvest moon, Hunter's Moon, Blood Moon. A time for self-expression, self-acceptance, and carefree laughter and singing what is in our soul to heal old wounds and patch up a heart that is hurting. Also, this full moon is a time to help us shed our old, worn out "shells" and rise higher than we ever thought we could on our own. Just as the Phoenix is reborn, we also have extra energy at this time to let go of the past to grow, evolve, and seek our highest potential. We can explore and expand our lives without the fear that may have previously held us back previously.


(((holds up blood wine glass , and passes it around the circle for each to take a sip.)))

Our dear Goddess, Nyx. be with us and bless us as we grow and emerge with th ecourage we need to follow you with the best of our ability. Heal our hearts from past hurts, nad help us learn nad grow in you. Blessed Be.
