I smiled and hugged her quick, "You're a brilliant best friend" I said, "You might be against the idea but you'll back me up no matter what" I smiled, "ome on" I said pulling her up and starting back to where I'd left James and the girl

James yawned as he was seriously bored. He wanted to see Pheobe again.

I smiled as I smelt James, I walked out and saw him, "Hey" I said quietly, El stood in the bushes

James smiled as he saw Pheobe. "Oh hey" he said as he got up.

i watched, hidden from the bushes. okay i suppose if he weren't a leech i might have appreciated his good looks but he was more phoebe's type than mine. i saw her blush, man i was gonna have to talk to her about that. i decided to go back her up and edged out towards her. i kept my guard up in case there were any other leeches lurking.

I saw El walk out of the bushes

James shook his head. "Don't okay" he whispered. He jumped up when a girl came out of the bushes. "Crap man you scared me." James shook his head. "What are you doing here Pheobe."

I frowned, "Obviously making a huge mistake" I said before turning and running away holding back the tears

"Pheobe wait" he said running after her. "Pheobe why are you thinking that it was a mistake. Why are you crying?"

I looked at him, "I'm confused" I said, "Earlier when I saw you something.." I hesitated, "Something happened..I couldn't look away" I told him, "I can't stop thinking about you..no matter how hard a try" I sunk to the ground my head in my hands

James smiled. So it wasn't just him. "Truth is...I can't...I can't stop thinking about you either Pheobe." He sat down next to her. She didn't even smell bad like all the other wolfs. She smelled different.

I looked up at him, his body so close and yet I could still breath comfortably, "I thought I was losing it" I said smiling slightly,

"You dont look like your losing anything to me" James said. He mentally kick himself for that. "Sorry that was lame" he said shaking his head.

I laughed, "Just a little lame" I told him, "So" I said, "What's happening with.." I paused.."..us"

James laughed. "Yeah a little." James looked down and said "I don't know...I mean I can't tell cause I...I don't know what you want you know."

I shrugged, "I really don't know" I said, "Half of me is telling me not to trust you" I said looking at him, "You're a lee...vampire, we're enemies" I stopped for a couple of seconds, "but then the other half of me is screaming at the first idea and doesn't want to leave"

"I know. Its so frustrating and confusing." James layed down and sighed. "What do you think we should do."
