OMG their are vampires.

'yeah it's real nice here.' i said. i suppose the reason i brought him out here was because i felt sorry for him. phee was going to have to fight him and i dunno i guess i didnt want him to have to die.

i pulled my legs up and lay on my stomach staring at the water.

i got up on my knees into a crouching position and pushed him off the log into the water. i laughed amused and winked at him.

i smiled.
'for funsies.'

i poked my tongue out at him but smiled.
'i couldnt resist,' i told him. 'you were looking so serious.'

i gave him a smile and reclined on the log.
'so tell me something interesting that i dont know about you.' i said.

i glanced at him.
'that is interesting,' i said. 'what kind of girl?'

'i might?' i said. i closed my eyes.
'does she like you?' i asked.

i opened my eyes and smiled.
'guess you'll have to work harder to find out.' i winked.

i looked up at the stars... what do i say? ok i suppose i did like him but i wasnt meant to ... i was on phee's side and even if i did wouldn't i be betraying him. i bit the inside of my mouth in frustration.
'and if i say yes?' i asked. 'then what?'

i sighed.
'it's complicated.' i sat up and smiled at him. 'i dont know what to do.'

i sat up and swung my legs round so they were dangling over the water.
'so how much do you love this girl?'

'does anything count as giving up your alphahood?' i asked quietly.
