Evil House of Night

i ruffled her hair.
'come on,' i said. 'we're gonna be late.'

"Ok ok" I said getting up, "And don't touch my hair"

i pulled a face.
'whatever princess.' i grinned.

I laughed and walked with him wondering if he liked me like I liked him

i gave her a friendly smile as we got to our first class.
'i wonder if we get to pick our partners today?' i said.

"Hopefully" I said

i grinned.
'guess we'll just have to see huh?' i said nudging her with my elbow.

"Yeah" I laughed

I giggled as I pulled myself higher, observing the trees closely. "From time to time." I smiled.

i snuck a look at rose from the corner of my eye and smiled.

I smiled and nodded at her "its fun to climbe trees" then something struck me, I had no idea what time it was anymore. "hey, what time is it?"

I walked with him to our class, I looked at him and smiled

'not many people here,' i said noticing our class was half empty. some them must be late i thought.

I looked around, "Not many people usually like this class" I said

'no but some of the people who do arent here.' i said. 'like that other guy i saw hanging from the tree about ten minutes ago.' i laughed.

I shrugged, "It's first day back" I said, "Usually we're late on first day back"

'yeah i know,' i grinned.

I smiled back, "so" I picked up a bow and arrow and aimed for the target, I released the arrow and watched it hit the middle, I looked at him, "Told you I'd hit it first"

i poked my tongue out.
'let me have a go.' i grabbed the bow off her picked up an arrow and shot at the target. it wetnt wide.
'humph,' i sulked.

I grinned, "That better not have been deliberate"

'it wasnt,' i sighed. 'i hate archery.'

I laughed, "Maybe you need a tutor" I said, "I'd be happy to help" I grinned and took my bow back, I grabbed another arrow and aimed for the target across the other end of the room

'bleargh,' i laughed. 'okay if you must.'

I release the arrow and it hit the target in the middle again, I smiled, I walked over to him, "Take this" I said passing the bow, I grabbed another arrow.."Now just aim"

i aimed and it hit the ground at the feet of the target.
