Samhain/November Full Moon Ritual

Will be starting in a few minutes...had some issues with my kids this evening and running a little late...sorry for the inconvenience.

You give us a voice

Air

Its you we breath
You give us life
Coll us down
Or warm us up
With your breeze
You let us know you care

Fire

You light out way
Cook our food
warm us up
And dry us
With your heat
You help us create

Water

You Quench our thirsts
Wet our feilds
help us get food
With your power
You help us live

Earth

You hold us
Grow our food
Feed our animals
With your strength
You keep us alive

High priestess/Spirit

You lead us
Show us whats right
Keep us on the right path
Prevent us from losing ourselves
With your guidance
You keep us pure

Spirit:

I call to you Air. The breath of life in everything living. Grace us with your preasence tonight as I call you to the circle.

I call to you Fire. The warmth of your flames and heat be all around us like a gentle embrace as I welcome you to the circle.

I call to you Water. May the cooling and refreshing presence wash over all of us here as you enter into the circle.

*feels the waves of the ocean around my feet and hears the rusteling of the waves and smells the salty salt water*

I feel alive and full of energy. I can feel many people around me that aren't normally here...The veil for the spirit world is thin...

You are proud
You are strong
So bright
You lead us home
With your light
You show us where we belong

Spirit: "Welcome Dark Daughters and Sons to the Samhain/Full Moon Ritual of 2009! Tonight is a special night. Tonight is a night in which the veil between the world of the living and the world of the dead is the thinnest. Where loved ones from your past can come back to the Earth to visit. Welcome all of the spirits of past loved ones here to our ritual to dine and commune with us on this special night! May they all have a joyous time in fellowship with us.

Tonight's Full Moon is one of a beginning and an end. The Sun God is gone and we've come into the Dark half of the year. It is also the Beginning of the new sacred Year. A time for recognizing and tending new or renewed commitments to making changes in our lives that will enable us to grow emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, and financially. Helping us to build a firmer base to structure our lives and fix up any crumbling parts so we may build a stronger foundation for future growth. It is also a time to recognize and tend new or renewed love interests in our lives.
