I think her tatoos are gone because they are linked to her soul and her soul was shattered I hope she gets them back.

Will you people listen? She's getting them back. Nyx never takes away something she has given. Her tattoos are part of her soul. Not her body. As soon as she gets back into her (a?) body, it'll show on the body.

Nyx doesnt take powers back but she can take the tattoos back she took Aphrodities and left her human but didnt take her visions. But I do think the tattoos on Zoey will come back when her soul is restored or maybe as she defeats Kalona.

Well lets see, Zoey's tattoos appear in this order in the books: filled in mark (begining of Marked), face (end of Marked), neck, back, waist, hands (begining of Hunted), and chest (End of Hunted). However i could be wrong, but i don't think i am. I think her stomach would be next or sides. But upper legs is a possibility

That is a possibility, but aren't they attachments to her soul? I mean i understand you could lose them if your soul was ripped from your body, but how you lose them still if the sould was replaced?

There's supposedly going to be twelve books in total, the title for the next book, which the Casts have already started on the next book whichhas been titled Awaken, though PC said she may change it.

Back on Topic! So... Twelve books in total and that's five books left for Zoey to earn back her tattoos.

i think they will carry on from the back of her hand round her hand and down the back of her arm and down her leg coz that would look really cool!
