Goth....a project i'm working on

(this is just something i'm working on tell me if you like it)
1. I’m Goth but no one in high school cares. I wear my black/blue hair down, my spider web tights, my black combat boots, a black mini skirt, and a black tank top. I always wear stuff like that, but my best friend is totally different. She has blonde hair and bright blue eyes compared to my black ones. She’s happy all of the time, while I am not. I also worship a goddess while she goes to church every Sunday worshiping God. But that wasn’t what freaked me out. What freaked me out was when my best friend walked out on me one day for the popular group. I might be Goth but I love art. I’ve made really good friends in art, even though outside of it they act like I’m nothing. But I don’t care. I’m usually at home. I don’t like my mother. She named me Raven Black. My mother loved birds and when she saw a raven she knew that she always wanted a daughter named that. She had blonde hair and green eyes. My father was a different story, he was the bad boy and I get all my genes from him. He has black hair and black eyes, he met my mother by falling out of a tree (while he was smoking a cigarette) and scaring a bird my mother was drawing, she looked at him and smiled, she helped him up and grabbed his backpack. She handed it to him and for a moment their hands met and they knew they were going to be together. Ok gag. But I love my dad. I see a moving truck in my neighbors drive way while I’m walking home, and I see my father talking to the father of the house. My father smiled, and gestured for me to come over. I do and stopped while my father gave me a hug. I wiggled out of his grasp and laughed when he fell straight on his face. He laughed with me. Suddenly a figure was at the door, while my father jumped back I just stood there, the figure looked at smiled at me. I smiled back. He came out and that’s when my whole life changed.

“Hey, I’m Cable” he said

I nodded, “I’m Raven, pleased to meet you Cable”

Another dark figure came to the door and my father jumped at it again, I laughed, “Dad, I’m going to go do my homework ok?”

He smiled at me, “Ok, but don’t bother your mother, she’s working on a new project”

“I won’t” I sighed and walked away. I hated it when mom started a new project, which means she would spend all her time in her studio with her “assistant” more or less. But my father is so love struck that he doesn’t even know, but I knew and I intended to tell him someday. I felt someone behind me, so I turned and saw Cable behind me smiling. I could see that he was wearing all black and he had black hair, he also had a bottle in his hand, he smiled at me. “Ok, why are you following me?”

He tilted his head and smiled bright, “Maybe because your father thought you needed help with your homework and since he’s talking to my parents I asked if I could help you with it and he said yes” he bowed to me like I was a princess, “So, here I am”

I shook my head smiling, “Your weird,” I took hold of his arm, and we walked into my house. We went into the kitchen and while I put my stuff down on the table, Cable pulled the chair back, put his feet on the table, and relaxed. I just stared at him, “You really are weird, but that’s cool I’m the queen of weird.” He laughed and it was the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. When he caught me staring he looked straight into my eyes and smiled, like he found something he liked there. I looked into his eyes and smiled, they were sparkling blue. “I like your eyes they’re sapphire are they not?”

He smiled, “Yes, I suppose they are, but not compared to yours which is as black as an onyx”

I smiled. Then I looked at the bottle in his hand, “What’s up with the bottle?” He looked at it and shrugged. That’s all he did. I heard a door open and saw my mother walk out of her studio, her hair all messed up and her make up smeared. She went into the kitchen saw me and Cable sitting there and glared.

“What are you doing here?” she asked

I rolled my eyes, “Are you forgetting that dad and I live here?”

“I didn’t mean you,” she shot back, “I meant him, the new guy”

He stood up, “I think I should go now”

I shook my head, “Don’t. Ignore her I do” he looked at me and I smiled. He sat down again, and looked at me. I looked at my mother, “And he has as much right to be here that I do, so deal with it and stop acting like I know nothing because I know a lot more then you think I do”

My mother froze and paled, “H-h-how did you find out?”

I shrug, “Guess you’ll never know, will you” I looked at Cable while my mother retreated to her room, “See don’t be afraid of her, she’s not at all the bad girl type. That was my dad the bad boy and of course he had to fall in love with an artist that is now cheating on him but hey,” I shrug, “at least he’s happy”

He looks at me and smiles. My mother’s art room door opens again and her “assistant” came out, he looked at me and gave me the death stare I gave right back, “So, you found out your mothers little secret now tell me little Raven what are you going to do with that information, tell your father, he’s to dumb to realize it himself”

That was enough for me to spring up and kick him in the stomach, he doubled over in pain, “Don’t you dare say that about my father, he loves my mother and he just doesn’t want to believe that my mother could do anything wrong” I turn to Cable, “I think you should leave now” I said that just before his mother called him. He nodded and walked out the door. My mother came in and saw her “assistant” on the floor.

“What did you do to him?!?!” she asked screaming at me. Luckily, my father came in and saw my mother hugging her assistant

“Don’t you dare yell at her!!” my father came to my side and pulled me in a hug, “You said you would never ever yell at Raven but now I can tell that that was a lie, what else have you been lying to me about?”

“Nothing!!” my mother tried to come to my father but my father, with me in his arms, stepped back, “Why are you avoiding me Jacob, have you seen what your daughter did to my assistant?!?!”

“She did it because she was fed up with your lying to dad!!” I screamed and ran up to my room. I could hear fighting down stairs and a door slamming, I sat on my bed crying. I heard something hit my window. I looked down to find Cable throwing rocks at my window. I opened it.

“Hey, Raven” he said smiling at me

I smiled back and whipped my eyes, “Hey, Cable what’s up?”

He shrugs, “I heard your mom and dad fighting, thought I would come and see if you were ok, which I can see your not” he paused, “So, I was wondering if you wanted to come over to eat with my family tonight”

I heard a knock on my door and I put a finger to my mouth telling him to be quiet. I shut the window while my father was walking into my room, I could tell that he’s been crying, “Raven, we have to talk”

I stare at him, “What is it dad?” I come and hug him; he hugs me back and the starts to cry again

“Your mother and I are getting a divorce” he said, “But she didn’t explain to me why her assistant was lying on the floor, what did you do?”

I looked at him, “He was about to yell at me, and he was saying that you were dumb and other horrible stuff, so I kicked him in the stomach”

My father looked at me and smiled, “You’re no ordinary girl, you know that Raven?”

I smile, “Yes, I do know that”

He left and went down stairs to cook dinner. I pushed open my window again and saw that Cable was still standing there. “Hey, aren’t you cold at all?”

He looked at me and smiled, “Of course not, so what about that dinner?”

I shook my head, “Can’t have to help my dad get through this, but maybe some other time”

He frowned and then he had an amazing idea, “Why don’t you invite your father?”

I just stared at him, and he did the same. For some very odd reason I nodded and he smiled. He said goodbye and ran into his house, I walked down the stairs to find my father crying on the couch. I sat beside him and hugged him, “Dad, maybe we should go out to eat”

He nodded but kept crying so I continued, “The neighbors asked us if we wanted to join them for dinner I said yes, is that ok?”

He whipped his eyes and smiled at me, “Of course, let’s have a fun dinner with you new boyfriend”

I blushed, “He’s not my boyfriend dad, he’s just my friend” I stood up and he did the same, “Now, go make yourself descent, I’ll do the same and I’ll meet you down here in about 10 minutes ok?” he nodded. We raced up the stairs, I won and we were both laughing by the time we got to the top. We went our separate ways, him into his bedroom and me into mine. I pulled out a black mini dress, my ripped tights, and my black boots. I added a little bit of makeup to complete my look. I walked out of my room at the same time my father came out of his. He was wearing a tight black tee shirt that showed his muscles, black jeans and his black leather jacket. The perfect picture of a bad boy. We walked over together, and Cable answered the door.

“You’re here!”

I laughed and he literally pushed us inside, “Of course, we’re here” he took our coats and looked at my outfit; I heard a laugh coming from the kitchen door. I looked and saw a man that looked exactly like Cable. He smiled at me and he greeted my father like they were best friends forever. I shrug and Cable takes my hand, he pulls me into the kitchen and I saw Cables mother. She had dark brown hair and purple eyes; she smiled when I came in,

“Hello Raven, would you mind helping me with something quickly?”

“Of course not” I said

She nodded, “Ok, so I need you to make a desert you know how to cook right?”

I smiled brightly, “Of course” she smiled at me and left the room, I pulled my hair in a high ponytail and went right off to work, with Cable watching me. I decided to make my favorites. Black fudge brownie cake. I made the batter for the brownies and Cable handed me a brownie pan. I shook my head, “A cake pan, one with a fun shape please” he nodded and came back with a bat cake pan. I smiled; “Perfect” I put the batter in the pan and put it in the oven. I made sure they had to fudge and the frosting of course they did. We ate dinner while the desert backed, we had chicken. One of my favorites. They asked me about my age and when I said 16 they didn’t believe me. When we were done, Cable and I washed the dishes. When we were done the brownies were done. I took it out of the oven and made sure it was done. It was. So, I took the fudge and put it in a piping tube. I stuck it in the middle till it was gone, then I frosted it. I took it out for everyone to see and they all gasped, “Desert is served.” They all ate it.

“This is delicious Raven; you must give me the cake recipe” Cables mother asked whose name I found out was Juliet

“It’s actually not cake”

She looked confused, “Then what is it?”

“Its brownies” they all stared at me, and I laughed. They laughed with me. When we were full Cables father, Romeo, asked my father to watch the football game with him. My dad hates football but with the day he’s having anything would make him happy. Juliet was off in the house somewhere, and that left me and Cable together. He asked me if I liked art. I smiled and nodded; he took my hand and led me to a room with everything that an artist could dream of. I touched the paintings that were hanging on the walls.

“Do you want to paint?” he asked smiling

I nodded, and he led me to an empty easel. At first I was drawing an Anime character but the next thing I know I was drawing a person that looked like Cable except with blonde hair. I was done in a few minutes and I just stared at it. Cable gasped and called his mother into the room. His mother came in and gasped, she whispered something and I got really dizzy. Cable must have caught me because I blacked out as soon as his mother said those words. My eyes fluttered open to see three anxious faces looking at me, I tried to sit up but found I couldn’t. I looked at Cable, “Why are you looking at me like that?”

He smoothed my hair and I liked it, “You wouldn’t believe me if I told you”

“Try me”

He smiled at my challenge, “Alright, my parents and I are vampires”

I smiled, “Cool”

He laughed, “You are the queen of weird” he must have released his magic on me because I could sit up. I looked at his family. They were just staring at me, and that’s when I remembered the painting. Like he could read my mind he answered, “You drew a picture of my best friend, before I was a vampire. I saw it and knew who it was instantly, so I called my mother. We didn’t do anything to it though it’s still on the easel waiting for the artist to sign her name and put it on the wall”

I got up and looked at it; I took some black paint on a small tip brush and signed my name. Juliet took the painting and placed it on the wall next to a painting of a girl that looked exactly like me except with blonde hair. I point to it, “Who’s that?”

Cable comes to my side and looks at the painting, “That was my girlfriend before she died” he looked back at me and back at the painting, “Oh my God, you look exactly like her”

I roll my eyes, “Where’s my father?”

“Asleep on the couch, and we didn’t have anything to do with it, he fell asleep on his own” Romeo said with his hands in the air like he surrendered

I nodded and walked out of the room with three vampires following me. I found my father and tried to wake him up, he mumbled and went back to sleep. I sighed and looked at them, “You don’t mind if he stays here do you? When he falls asleep it’s like he’s in a coma”

“Of course, we don’t mind” Juliet said walking into the hall to get more blankets, Cable took my hand and lead me to a room that looked sort of like my room at home. Dark colored walls a canopy bed with black silk sheets, a book case in the corner, and a walk in closet.

“Sorry it’s so big but this is the only room open, since we were going to have guests soon and yes they are vampires and I done want them to sense you scent” Caleb explained.

“Its fine, it looks exactly like my room in my house, but I really don’t want to go back into that house alone, not with the scene I pulled with my mom’s assistant”

“I say he deserved it” Caleb whispered and I laughed

“Yes, he did deserve it but still you don’t know what he might do to me now”

“Your mother won’t let that happen”

“My mother doesn’t care what I do” I said looking away, and back at him, “Do you mind coming over with me to get some of my stuff because knowing my dad he won’t wake up till noon”

“Of course, what’s best to be protected by besides a vampire” he laughs and I join in. We walk out of his house and enter mine, he growled when we are near my room. I look at him, “He’s in there, and do you want me to go first?”

“Please” I plead. He walks in and I here a gasp, then a laugh and soon my mom’s assistant is hanging onto Cables jacket and looking at me, “David”

He smiled at his name, “Hello Raven, what is this little vampire doing in your room?”

I stare at him, “What vampire?”

He pushed Cable toward me, “That vampire, don’t play dumb with me Raven I know your friends with them” he pulled out a stake. I had enough. I punched him in the stomach and kicked him in the stomach, he fell and Cable looked into his eyes and whispered something. David pasted out. Cable pushed me in my room and told me to pack a lot of clothes since I might not be coming back. I packed almost everything I owned until I heard a car pull into the driveway and Cable swear. He pulled me out of my room with my gym bags full of my stuff on my shoulder; we heard the door open and close. He went into my father’s room, grabbed the bag that he must have packed for my father, opened the window and jumped out. I watched as he dropped and waited for me to jump, I looked toward the door and through the little sliver of door left open I saw my mother kneeling by David. She was starting to move toward the door when I jumped, Cable caught me and we ran the short distance to his house. He slammed the door shut, locked it and yelled for his parents who were there in a few seconds.

“They’re back” he said shutting all of the shades and locking all the doors. I just looked at him and waited for him to explain while his parents helped him lock all the windows and doors. Finally, Cable came to a stop in front of me and looked at me, “The vampire hunters are back and they know we’re here, we have to disappear for a while, does your dad ask questions about that?”

“No, I’ll just say that someone tried to hurt me and I couldn’t defend myself, but you scared them off and you guys are just taking us someplace that no one can hurt us”

He nods and looks as his mother comes down the stairs holding bags and car key’s, she threw a pair at Cable and he caught them. He took my hand and pulled me to a black Lamborghini; he opened my door and literally pushed me inside while he was already in the driver’s seat and starting the car. We pulled out of the driveway just as his mother and father were heading to their car with my father. I watch them until I can’t see them anymore, I look at Cable and just like he could read my mind he answered my question, “We’re going to another vampires house to protect you and you father” he looked at me and smiled, “Don’t be scared they’re like us, they don’t drink human blood” we turned onto the highway and I looked out the window. Before I knew what happened I was asleep, and Cable was carrying me into a house. I woke up then to see five new vampires staring at me. I look around and then finally I look at Cable. He sets me down so I can walk but he takes my hand.

“Hello Raven, we are so glad to have you here,” the female vampire said putting a fist across her heart and bowing, “I am Elizabeth” she stood back up and I took her in. She had pale blonde hair and green eyes.

“Hello Elizabeth, thank you for letting me stay here” I did the formal vampire greeting as well. I greeted the rest of the family and finally my father came in looking for me, when he found me he ran and gave me a big hug saying that everything is going to be alright. I hugged him back and Cables parents came in, I looked at them. Elizabeth showed me where my room was and left me there to take it in, she came in a little later to find me asleep on the bed. I must have slept for a long time because Cable had to wake me up, I looked at him sleepily. He sighed and left the room leaving me to sleep, he came in again and this time made sure I was awake. I was wide awake until I got downstairs to find everyone fighting. “What’s going on?”

They turned and looked at me; Elizabeth’s husband (William) spoke, “Your going to have to change your name Raven”

I just stared at him, “Why?”

“Because the vampire hunters know you by name now and they will search for you”

I nodded, “I want my name to be Willow”

He nodded and wrote that down, he looked at my father, “Jacob, what do you want your name to be changed to?”

My father looked at me, and smiled. I knew what he was going to say, “Dallas”

Willow looked at my father and nodded. He gestured for his three sons to come forward and introduce themselves while he went into another room to do something.

“Hello, I’m Jack” said the blonde one; he took my hand and kissed it, “welcome to our home Willow”

I nodded and the black haired son came forward, he bowed, “Hello, Willow I am Shadow and it’s so nice to meet you”

The last one just stood there and nodded his head which made his hair fall in his face, “I’m Damen pleased to meet you.” He walked out and I just stared after him. That’s the first time I ever thought I found someone more mysterious then Cable.

That was the beginning, of my vampire adventure. I still went to school but I went to the one in town, and my name everyone now calls me is Willow. But when I get home and see vampires running everywhere, I smile and go to my room where, usually Cable will be to welcome me home. It’s been a year since we had to leave my home and today just happens to be my birthday. So, when I drop my backpack in my room instead of having Cable waiting for me, I see a note from him. Raven, after dinner meet me on the cliff over looking the sea in the back yard. Cable I smile and put the note on my bed side table when my dad comes into the room with a huge smile on his face. He runs to me and gives me a bear hug.

“Happy birthday Raven!!” he said. Only he and the vampires that know about me are allowed to call me Raven and not Willow. “You’re officially 17 today”

“Dad, your making me feel old” I complained while he put me down laughing

“I’m sorry sweetie but your 17, you’re almost an adult”

“Dad, I’ll always be your little Goth girl”

“I know” I heard Juliet call dinner. My father and I raced out of my room and into the dinning room where there was 12 seats. I looked confused until Elizabeth came and explained.

“We’re having a few members of the vampire council come over and they will eat with us” she looked around the table, “We will be dinning with Rose and Zero”

I didn’t know who they were but all the vampires got quiet as the doorbell rang, Elizabeth opened the door and there were two vampires in the door. The female had long brown hair and chocolate chip brown eyes with full black eyelashes. The male had platinum blonde hair that almost looked white and green eyes. They were a perfect match and it was the female who spoke first in her singsong soprano voice, “Hello, I’m Rose and this is Zero” she gestured to him, “we aren’t part of the vampire council but my best friend is but she’s busy with her children and husband right now so they’ll be joining us later” Elizabeth should them their seats which were exactly across from mine. Rose looked at me and smiled, “Hello Raven, or should I call you Willow?”

“Raven’s fine”

She nodded and started to eat, when she took a break she looked at me again, “How long have you known that your mother was a vampire hunter?”

I shrug, “I didn’t know till a year ago when her boyfriend tried to kill Cable”

She nodded and suddenly there was a knock at the door, Elizabeth got up to answer it and from my spot I could see four people in the door way and they were beautiful. There were three females and one male. The male had jet black hair and blue eyes; the tallest female had platinum blonde hair and gold eyes. One of the little vampires had black hair and blue eyes, the other one had blonde hair and gold eyes. Elizabeth led them to the dinning room which was full of vampires. The new vampires smiled at me and the male introduced them, “Hello Raven, I am Demon and this is my family” he gestured to the people behind him, “This is my lovely wife Angel” he gestured to the tall female, “and these are my beautiful children, Willow” he gestured to the black haired one, “and Whitney” he gestured to the blonde haired one. I asked if I could be excused and they said that I could. I went into my room and but on my black mini dress and my black boots, I went out the door to the backyard and saw Cable standing and looking in the moonlight. He must have heard me because he turned around and smiled at me. I smiled back at him and went to his side, he took my hand and brought it up to his lips and kissed it.

“I hear it’s your birthday”

I nodded, so he continued, “How about for your birthday I give you what your father wants for you”

“And what’s that?”

He smiled his perfect smile, “Me” he pulled me close to him and kissed me hard on the lips. It took me by surprise at first but then I started to kiss back until we heard a double EW come from the door. We looked. Willow and Whitney were standing there watching us. We broke apart and smiled at them, suddenly Angel and Demon were standing behind them. It looked like what my family had looked like except they only had me. Angel saw me looking and smiled. She nudged Demon and he smiled at me too, they looked down at Willow and Whitney. They said something to them and they ran inside the house. Angel and Demon walked out of the house and came toward us, Cable bowed as they approached and I curtsied.

“Raven, I’m Angel” Angel said holding out her hand. I shook it and smiled. I looked and saw Cable doing the came with Demon. “You remind me so much of what I looked like at 17” she hugged me and whispered in my ear, “Just have fun for now, it won’t last long trust me” she stepped back and smiled. She stepped into Demon’s arms and smiled at Cable, “Take care of her; she’s just a child unlike you”

-ok i just wrote this tell me what u think- Cable laughed and pulled me toward him. He gave me a light kiss on the lips and disappeared. Most girls would find that annoying but i got used to it. What i didnt expect was Damen coming off the side of the house and stand beside me. I looked at him. He had his hands in his pockets and was staring at the ground. "Happy birthday, Willow" he mumbled. I smiled, "Thanks but you can call me Raven if you want"
He looked up and met my eyes, I heard two voices from the pourch door. It was Shadow and Jack. They wereat my side in a few seconds.
"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday Raven/Willow..." Shadow sang
"Happy birthday to you!!" Jack finished

I laughed, "Thanks guys"
They each hooked their arms through mine and literally lifted me off the ground and into the house where a party had been set up. Rose, Zero, Angel, Demon, Willow, and Whitney were even there. They sang happy birthday to me, they did everything that a 17 year old could ask for. As soon as they were done they gave me my presents. From Elizabeth and William I got an old fashioned dress from the 1800, I loved it and not cause it was black either. From my dad I got a leather jacket...of course. Jack, Shadow, and Damen gave me car keys.
I looked at them,"Are u serious?" They didnt have to answer, they just smiled like morons. Yes, even Damen smiled. While I was spazzing about the car Cable came in with a box. He sat down next to me and handed me the box.

I opened it to find a necklace on a leather cord. At the end of the cord was a fire red jewel and I couldnt take my eyes off of it but when I did I looked stright at Cable, "It's beautiful," I hugged him, "where did you get it?"
"I got the stone from the earth obviously and I just tyed it with the cord"
I kissed his cheek,"Thank you" I had three more presents to open. One from Rose and Zero, one from Angel, Demon, Willow, and Whitney. But the last one was from someone I didnt know. The name was Dimitri. When Cable saw the name he gasped. I opened Rose and Zero's present first, inside was a black tiara. I know i'm not a girly girl but I loved it.

"Oh My God! I love it! Thanks Rose and Zero!" I said excitedly. I opened my next present and inside was a black Renissance dress with a matching headband. "I love it! Thanks Angel, Demon, Willow, and Whitney!"

"Your welcome dear" Angel said. As soon she was done saying that her hand flew up to her mouth, "Excuse me" she got up and ran to the bathroom. Everyone looked at Demon for the explination.

He sighed, "She's pregnate"

Everyone was still gawking at him when Angel returned, "I see you told them" she looked at me and smiled, "Happy birthday Raven"

"Thanks" I noticed Angel's face have a flash of pain, "Angel are you ok?"

"Yea" but I could tell that she wasnt

"Angel, can I ask you something?"

"Of course, go ahead Raven"
I stood up and unhooked my cresent moon necklace. "Did you know that you loved Demon when you first met him and that he would never hurt you?"

Angel smiled, "call it vampires intuition but yes I always knew that"

I nodded and held out my hand palm up with my cresent moon necklace in it, "That's all I wanted to know but here I'm giving you my necklace"

"I cant accept that Raven. I havent done anything to deserve this"

"But u have. You've been more of a mother to me then my own mother. I want you to give this necklace to your unborn daughter when she's born" I dropped it into Angel's hand

She stared at her hand, "Thank you, Raven. I will never forget this" she hugged me and when she let go I felt dizzy. Cable was behind me in a second and caught me.

"I think it's time for you to go to bed" he whispered in my ear

I shook my head, "I still have one more present to open"

He sighed, "I'll bring it to your room as soon as your in bed"
I sigh but I dont argue. He carries me in his arms and puts me on my bed. While he's out of the room I get up and put on my p.j's

By the time Cable came back I was already in bed. He came back with all my presents and the unopened on. He sat down next to me and smiled. He handed me the present and i openem it to find a gold ring with a black stone settled into it. I found a card in the box it read, 'Hello Raven, It's nice to hear that your alive and well after what happened in your origanal home I'm surprised Cable made it out without a scratch. Well happy birthday, Dimitri. P.S. Say hi to Cable for me.
Cable read the note over my shoulder and as soon as I was done reading he took the note from my hands and kissed my cheek. "So, since your 17 now can I sleep next to you in your bed?" He whispered in my ear

I sigh, "Fine, but if it goes any farther then that your out of here and my dad will kill you"

He laughs,"Ok I'll be a good little vampire but first put on your necklace I want to see how it looks on you"

I put on the necklace and looked in the mirrior that Cable handed me. I smiled. But before I could look any longer Cable stole the mirror from my hands and put it on my night stand, "Now it's time for you to go to sleep"

"Awh, I was wondering since it's my birthday that I could talk to you longer"

He sighs, "Fine, ask away my little goth princess"

"First question, why do you call me princess?"

"Thats easy, I call you that cause I grew up when there were still kings and queens. As you can guess I was a prince but there was this on princess that looks exactly like you and she wouldnt even look in mx direction. But I wanted her so bad, so I couldnt have her but I have you which is alot better then her."

3. I woke up the next morning energized. I turned and looked at Cable who was asleep. I kissed his cheek but before I could pull away his arms were around me and before I knew it I was on top of Cable and looking into his sapphire blue eyes.

"You just cant kiss and leave like that" he said smiling

I smiled, "You know thats the first time you told me that"

His smile was so bright that I didnt want it to go away but it did when he kissed me. Sadly, it ended to soon cause my father opened the door and saw me laying on top of Cable. I blushed and Cable laughed while sitting up with me ending up in his lap.

"Am I interupting something?" my father asked skeptical

"No sir, just wishing Raven a good morning" Cable said smiling

"Right, well your parents want you downstairs"

"Alright," he looked at me, "I have to go babe, I still love you" He kissed the top of my head and put me on the bed. While Cable was leaving the room my father came to sit on my bed. I could tell he was nervous.

My eyebrows went up, I knew this talk was going to come sooner or later, "Dad, we're not doing anything. Like I told Cable last night he can sleep next to me in my bed but if he tries anything he's out of my room and that you were going to kill him"

"Of course as I said before your no ordinary girl"

I hugged him, "That's cause I'm your girl"

He hugged me back then pulled away, "You remind me so much of your mother when I first met her"

"Oh, daddy" I hugged him close and I saw that ge was crying, "Daddy, dont cry its not your fault"

"But it is" he whispered, "I gave her everything she wanted but that wasnt enough I should have tried harder"

"No, its her fault she couldnt see that you were the only thing she needed"

There was a knock at the door, "Dallas someone needs to speak to you on the phone"

My dad sniffled, "Thank you Damen" he got off the bed and smiled at me, "I'll see you later Raven and remember you'll always be my little girl"

"Because my dad was talking about my mother and he started to cry," I felt a tear slide down my cheek, "it takes alot for my dad to cry. He loved my mother and I hate her for making him cry"

He brushed the tear off my cheek, "How can you hate your own mother? She gave birth to you"

"She cheated on my father, and then the guy she was cheating on my father with tried to hurt Cable." I looked at him, "I dont want anyone else to get hurt."

He smoothed my hair, "Shhh, its ok they're not going to hurt you, we wont let them"

I got off the bed and just stood there. I didnt know what else to do, "Can i ask you a question Damen?"

"Why do you treat me like a normal person instead of a freak?"

"Cause you are a normal person, you might dress different from regular people but that just makes you stand out and theres nothing wrong with that. I bet Cable didnt tell you that I go to a vampire school"

I raised my eyebrows, "Your an outsider at a vampire school?"

"Yes, I am"

I smiled and walked to the other side of the bed where he stood. I hugged him. When I pulled away I could see that he was in shock which just made me laugh. I pushed him out my door since I wanted to get dressed. I slammed the door on his still shocked face. I took out my usual outfit short black mini dress, ripped tights, black boots, and the necklace Cable gave me. I also put the headband Angel, Demon, Willow, and Whitney gave me. For some reason I couldnt take my eyes off of the ring I got. So, I slipped that on too. I opened my door and almost ran straight into Shadow and Jack.

"Hold on there little girl where do you think your going?" Shadow asked smiling like the moron he is

"What the better question is, where is your Ipod? Have you noticed it was gone?" Jack asked

I looked at them, "I knew you stole my Ipod now give it back"

Shadow fished it out of his pocket and I noticed that it had some jewels on it, "This is part two of your birthday, we added all new songs and blinged it, dont you like it?"

I took it from his hands, "Thanks I like it" when I was about to walk away Jack grabbed my arm.

"You dont think we did that for free did you? You have to pay us back"

"How so?" I asked confused

"You have to let me take you to the dance tonight"

"What dance?"

"The dance our mother is hosting tonight"

I just shook my head and tried to walk away but his grip just got tighter which made me squeek a little. But it only took that little sound to make Cable and Damen run into the hall and find Jack gripping my arm. In a few seconds Jack and Shadow were out of the hallway but so was Damen, only Cable and I were standing in the hall and of course he made sure I was ok. I said I was and walked downstairs, I've never really explored the place since I came here. I went through the whoke house looking for something to do and of course came up with nothing. So, I turned on the TV and sad enough they were talking about me, I sat down and listened to the reporter going on about how my father kidnapped me and wont tell my mother where I am. A picture flashed on the screen from picture day when I didnt wear my black lipstick. They showed my mother and David standing talking with reporters about how they just want their lovely daughter back. I growled at the TV and shut it off. I lay down on the couch and then did it hit me that I was really tired. I fell asleep right there. I dreamed. But instead of my usual dream about Cable I dreamed about Damen.

I woke up to Elizabeth directing about everyone in the house. When shd realized I was up she smiled.

"Good your awake now you need to get ready" she pushed me toward the stairs, "Now go and choose between the dress I gave you or the dress Angel gave you"

I ran up to my room and found both dresses on my bed. I chose the Renissance dress, I put it on and it matched me perfectly since it hugged every curve I had and I was already wearing the matching headband. But then I got an idea, I found the tiara that Rose and Zero gave me and put it on. It made me eye's sparkle and my hair shine. I put on my ballet flats and went into my room to find a black rose on the bed. I picked it up and put it in a vase. There was a knock at the door, it opened to reveal Damen in a tux with tails! I didnt even know they still made those.

He blushed. He actually blushed! He cleared his thoat again, "Your escort is waiting for you at the bottom of the stairs"

"Cable," He whispered. I could tell that he didnt like Cable very much. He was about to walk out of the of the room when I grabbed his arm. He looked at it and looked back at me. "Why are stopping me from leaving?"

I looked down at the floor, "You treat me diffrent then anyone else I've ever met, why are you always making sure I'm ok when you have yourself to worry about?"

He looked away and I could tell he was hiding something. I let go of his arm to see if he would run. He didnt instead he looked me up and down, "You are the exact image of Roza before she died"

"Who's Roza?"

He shook his head, "There is not enough time my lady," he gestured toward the door, "Come your escort awaits"

I walked out of my room confused. I carefully walked down the steps and saw Cable wearing a tux with tails just like Damen. I tripped on the last step and fell into Cables arms. He chuckled. I blushed while he helped me to my feet. He put his arm around my waist and lead me to the ball room where guests were already dancing. Suddenly, the music stopped and everyone looked at us. Cable laughed and started speaking in a loud voice, "Welcome guests, this is my girlfriend Willow and if you have been watching the news and stayed in touch with the missing girl reports, as u can see she is alive and well right next to me"
Everyone started gossiping and I lowered my head while Cable went on, "But anyway enjoy the party thrown by Elizabeth and William." As soon as he was done speaking he took me into the room. He took me to the dance floor, "May I have this dance?"

"I dont know how"

He smiled, "I will teach you then"

He tought me how to dance all right but I could never compair to him. But I did what he said and I did pretty good. As soon as the last dance was over he asked if I wanted to go for a walk through the garden. But before I could answer he was already carrying me in his arms to the garden. He found a patch of grass and layed me down on it. He lyed down next to me and we looked up at the stars, we were silent, obsorbing the light and love of the stars.

"Do you ever think about the future?" Cable asked suddenly

"Yea, I do"

He sat up and trapped me with his arms, "Do you ever think of a future with me?"

I smiled, "Maybe....."

He growled, "So your playing hard to get now?"

"Yes, you got a problem with that?" I asked sitting up so our foreheads were touching

"Your testing me self control, I dont think I can be a good little vampire around you anymore"

I kissed his lips lightly, "Try" I layed back down on the grass and looked at him.

"You truly are my weakness" he rolled back over onto the grass

"Thats it? Your not gonna fight for me?"

Before I knew what was happening he was lying on top of me our foreheads touching, "You really are testing my self control, I dont think I can be good anymore" He kissed my lips. But suddenly he stopped and looked up. I looked behind me and saw Damen, "May I help you Damen?"

Cable sighed, "Cant you tell them I'm busy"

"They said they want to speak to you right now"

Cable got up and ran his hands through his hair, "Fine, I'm going." Ge got up and walked back to the house. I sat up and just sat there. I saw Damen sit beside me, I looked at him. His black hair was reflecting with the light of the moon.

"Raven, I have to tell you something"

I looked in his eyes and they were sparkling with excitment. Something deep inside woke up and before I knew what was happening I was in his lap smiling at him, "Damen!"

We walked to my car when I realized that I didnt have my car keys. He opened the passenger door and put me in. He closed the door and before I could blink he was in the drivers side with the keys in the ignition. While he was pulling out I saw a figure at the door. It was a girl that looked exactly like me excep with blonde hair.
