I smiled at them and motioned for them to come over "I promise I won't die if you guys come over and sit." I tryed to lean up but failed and fell back down onto the bed.

I drove to the hospital as quickly as I could. Sammy's truck was really hard to drive. It was even stick! Who drives sticks these days? Has she never heard of an automatic?? I pulled into a parking space and got out.

I got out of the truck when we got to the hospital. I waited at the bed of the truck so I wouldn't run in there by myself.

i walked towards the hospital entrance.

i sat down and so did jake.

I followed the girls. I didn't know my way around this hospital.

I smiled at them and put my hand on Rose's knee. It had needles all in it and I looked like a human pin cushion. "How was school?" I looked at them?

I followed Carla. I didn't even know where to begin to find Sammy.

i went up to the resptionist. "Sammy grace?" the lady nodded. "Shes in room 304" "thanks " i told her. i started to that room with alice and adam following me.


"My first day was kinda boring..." i told her.

i couldnt stand the sight of those needles.....

I followed her.

I smiled. I was glad he was talking. "I'm sorry. I'm really sorry I had to leave." I looked at Rose "Just don't look at them."

I followed him.

"its fine." i told her

i looked away from the needles.


i walked into sammys room....i broke down crying...again.

I smiled and then I saw my other friends and some dude walk in. "Hey guys!" I motioned for Carla to come here. "I'm ok Carla! Really!"

i went to her. "are you sure?" i blubbered out.

i saw more people come in.

"Alice whos he?"

I smiled "Yea I'm fine. Please guys. Sit down!"

I looked at Rose "This is Adam. Adam this is Rose."

I smiled "Hey."

on second glance he was so....so hot....... "Hi."

i sat down in the chair on the other side of sammy.

I smiled "Are you ok? You don't look so good."

I smiled and put my hand on alice's. I could hardly move my arm and winced in pain. "I'm really ok."

"Okay sammy...." it still didnt stop me from worrying about her.


"alice come with me to the bathroom?"

"Hi. im jake," i said to adam

I didnt move my hand it was in a cast and it was really heavy.

"Sure" I said cheerfully. I followed Rose.

"Hi I'm Adam."

"So how long have you lived in this town? i just moved here over the weekend." i told him

i stayed with sammy.


when we were in the bathroom i looked at her........ "Hes new too? right?"

I smiled a little at her "Yea. Just came here today. Why?"

"I just moved here also. Today was my first day here." I smiled a little.

The second wave of the medicine kicked in. I drifted off into sleep. I knew I wouldn't stay asleep for long. My hand fell off of the bed and brushed Jakes. It wasn't my bad hand so it didn't hurt.

her hand fell on mine...it was soft but cold. "It was my first day as well. so why are you here?"

"I um.....think hes hot...." i said the last part softly.....

i watched her sleep. "I can tell you why. hes rose love drunk. and im gonna bet your sammy love drunk."

she was right....."Yea....i geuss i am." i said softly.

"the only way that i know of her maybe liking you back is if rose falls for someone."

I smiled at Rose and hugged her "Your becoming a girl! YAY!" I joked! "Aint he though? Like seriously OMG!" I giggled.

I dreamed I was riding and I wasn't even hurt in the first place. It was great. I rode my babies like I always have. Running them as fast as they could go. My hand balled up into a fist and then relaxed and stayed touching his hand.

I simled at the dude "Good luck! Were both going to need it."

"Yea you too. wee need to have rose fall for ASAP." i said to adam.


i laughed a little. "Alice and i will help."


i felt all akward....i didnt know about boys...id ignored them for so long...... "You have to help me alice...."i said softly...

I smiled and saluted her "I'm at your command!" I giggled. "It isn't hard. You just have to reawaken yourself."

I laughed "Works for me man!"

*sleeping.*

i ran my hand through my hair...."But ive never acted like a girl....."


i chuckled with him


i just shook my head. "Alice and i will debrief you on them over the weekend."

I smiled "You know how I act when I like a guy right?? You've watched...Well just do that. It isn't hard."

I looked at Sammy. She looked very peaceful.

I winced in my sleep from the tube in my chest. It was unconfertable.

"But im not a guy....im a girl......." i told her

"Ok what do you guys know about them already?"

"It works both ways....." I didn't quite know how to explain fliring.

I looked at Carla "Just what you guys told me. That's it."

I slightly woke up and looked at Jake.

"well i only know that she loves animals..." i told her.

"Ok. then we have a lot to tell you about her. and adam you only know what alice and i told you....yea theres still more to her."

i was a blank slate.

I moved a little. and started to open my eyes. It hurt to move.

I smiled at her "just smile and act cute. you have to lighten up and not b so serious."

I watched Sammy move.
