The username colors represent the types of usergroups you're in. The usergroups are: High Council of Nyx, Disciples of Nyx, Prefect Council, The Dark Daughters & Sons, Sons of Erebus, Vampyre of Nyx, Red Fledglings, Blue Fledgling, and Human. Their colors are listed on the bottom of the home page.
Now usergroups change with your rank. You start out as a Human then move up to a Blue Fledgling followed by Red Fledgling and ending in Vampyre of Nyx.
Number of Posts needed to change name colors:
Human (Pink) :1 post - 1499 posts
Blue Fledglings (Blue): 1500 posts to 2999 posts
Red Fledgling (Red):3000 posts - 4499posts
Vampyre of Nyx (Purple): 4500+
