Haunted House Of Night Red Fledgling

I whisper words and the ghost turned toward me

I summoned darkness and threw it at one, knocking him back

"Get everyone alive out of here. I'm gonna set this place on fire"

I morphed into a bear and samashed the wall beside the tachers down

"GET OUT" I let out a loud roar and they ran screaming from the building

I smile and set the room on fire. I run out before it could hurt me

the fire got around me so i morphed into a salamander and skittered out

"What was the point of that, there ghosts fire doesnt hurt them"

"Two reasons. A ghost always has to return to its body which was under the room and I wanted to burn something down"

"So, if those ghosts are only gone fpor a while, what do we do, I mean we have to get the teachers somewhere safe so they dont die and were probably in danger too"

"Well duh. Hide them off campus"

"OK" I turned to them," "Okay this is hard to explain but there are certain supernatural manifestations that are frocing you to leave campus"

"So your going to hide off campus in the caves"

"I know you know how to get there, so leave now I shfted into a bear or will I have to do some more convincing" They left and I shifted back

"So I think we'd better alert the High Coucil Of Nyx, sont you?"

"Yes but we also need to see how many ghosts there are. I'm going to the library to search this place"

"I'll alert the High Council" I walkd away

I walk to the library and start searching

I got ahold of the High Council and when I started to walk back to the library, I felt a sharp slice in my back, I looked back and saw one of the ghosts, I shot at him with darkness and managed to get him to leave, but I lost a lot of blood I ran to the infirmary and got a blood bag then went to the lirary

"THey are angry at me" I showed her the cuts on my back

"Well they can do damage. I havent found anything out but I'll come with you to the council"

"Theyre going to meet us at the community center tommorow"

"Ok. Now help me look in those books" I point to a stack without looking up from the book

I opened a book and started reading

*TIME SKIP* I opened the door to the communtity center and walked into the room, the rookm was completely empty

"Where are they" THe door slammed closed behind us

"Be patient. We called them not the other way around and they're always late"

"I guess youre right" I shifted and flew up onto the rafters then sat down

"Its pretty big from up here"

I nod and grab the book I was reading

We sat there for a few hours

"OKay now theyre pushing it'

"Maybe they just dont like you"
