I nodded.

"I mean where were ya... outside?"I asked,"and we need to talk in your room please,"I pulled her up stairs with me.

I followed them.

I went with him, "I was in the tree house reading." I said afraid to tell him anything else.

"Okay," i said I shut the door and locked it,"well now that we're alone." I kissed her neck.

I pulled back, "What are you doing here?"

:We broke up earlier, Remember?"

"No it's not over till I say,"I growled as I trew her on the bed.

I started to get up from being shoved. I was scarred. "I think you need to leave."

"Justin? NO. Please." I started to cry. Smacking at his hands. "Wait wait."

I stopped ,"what?" I snarled.

I was about to burst in when I heard her say,'wait'.

"I don't really want to break up with you." I said grasping at straws hoping he wouldn't continue.

i shook my head ,"Good," i got off of her and climbed out the window and down the tree.


I started to back away from the door while shakking my head.

When I knew he was gone I ran out my bedroom door seeing Nick there shaking his head. I knew he had heard. "He was about to rape me." I said crying hoping he would understand.

"Your lieing," I said as tearts came down ,"you used me!" I spun and went down the stairs.

"Nick." I said chasing after him. I grabbed his sleeve trying to stop him "Please wait? Let me explain." I said tears making my voice break.

I spun around,"what?!"I hissed.

"I didn't want him to hurt me, I didn't know what to do." I said sobbbing. "I don't want to date Justin but he was going to rape me and I had to think of a way out of it." I said dropping down to my knees. "Please believe me," I begged crying into my hands/

I pulled her up and brought her to my chest,"I beilive you."

I couldn't stop crying, I leaned into him. "I tried to get him to leave I really did." I said sniffling.

"I know," I pulled her to my truck,"hop in."

I did trying to stop the hiccups, from my crying.

I started the truck,"come on hop in."

I slid in the truck next to him.

i pulled out and drove to my brothers house... where I was living in a trailer by myself.
