"I dont know...im use to the sea..." my tail wasnt green...it was purple....

I frowned and picked her up again. "I have sea salt and could use that if you can't handle fresh water," I said.

"No...its the heat of the water."

I set her down in the slowly rising water. "How's this?" I asked her.

"I just need to keep my tail submerged"

I nodded and let the water run.

I smiled at her. "I'm going to stay with you all day," I said.

"No. go surfing.....see if you can find dark purple seaweed."

I frowned. "Only after 9," I said. "I need to make sure my mom and dad don't come in here."

"mom and dad?"

I rolled my eyes. "I'm on Spring break at the near by college. University of Hawaii," I said. "I live with my parents because I don't have enough cash yet to buy my own place and be able to feed myself yet. But I will by the end of the month."

I smiled and kissed her softly. "That's sweet," I said.
