"But you already have so many." I said trying to get him to call off the dogs.

I heard his voice and started to tear up. "Please."

"Dad, come on...." I said in a whisper.

"If I let your boyfriend go, will you tell me what I want?"

"Yes... I swear I will. Just don't hurt him. He didn't do anything."

"Venire" I said with a twisted smile. In a few moments the dogs swarmed the back yard, hunger in their eyes. I opened another door to a pen and the dogs ran into the pen hunting the trapped rabbits. I turned back to Mel, "Now time for my answers."

i took a deep breath. "What do you want to know?" I asked defeated

"Have you changed into one of them yet?" I asked jumping right into it.

"I already asked her that, the dogs don't seem worried by her so I am guessing not. Our time is short."

"Well then since my son seems to know so much, lets move on to the harder questions. What have the wolves told you? Who is this wolf my dogs want to kill?"

"They haven't told me anything. All I know is what he told me. And his name is Markis, he was at my house on my birthday, told me that I had to come with him." I said, worried that I didn't say enough,

"What are you doing?" I said trying to snatch my hand back.

I fell. "Rude." I mumbled under my breath hoping he didn't hear me. I got up and wipped my pants off.
