In the day,
my heart hides in the shadows.
Fear i'll fail,
takes hold.
at night,
my heart sulks.
Thinking of the past doesn't do good for the soul.
Months turn to years,
After the pain i went through ended.
My heart,
still frrozen waits.
Who will melt this ice?

A star that twinkles,
eyes of dimanonds.
Can't you see?
Heart breaking,
Soul mending.
Will I find the light?
A stolen voice,
A missing piece.
Will I find myself?
Chances lost,
Sacrafices made.
My soul is lost,
Hiding in the night.
Will you help me?
Or will I remain lost?

The sun sets,
Night arrives.
Secrets hidden in the light,
finally come out.
Will you see the truth?
Stars shine like a million gems.
The number is less compared to the lies told,
Will you find the truth mixed in?
Smiling faces,
Quickly change to grimances.
Why do we lie?
Secrets hurt,
Truth to free my soul.
Can I speak it?
A million lies,
A thousand truths.
Can you help me?
One lesson in the victory of secrets,
A thousand in the defeat of truths.
Will we learn them,
or fail?
There are a million secrets,
Yet few will tell the truth.
CAn we free our souls?

Hope lost,
Despair found.
A smiling girl,
heart broken.
A stupid boy,
tears wasted.
A dream destoried,
Reality rules.
Where is hope?
It hides amongst the stars,
Shining bright.
Always waiting.
Will you find it,
or get lost on the way?
Eyes blinded,
tears frozen.
Did I find hope?
Turning around,
a single tear forms.
I failed.
Despair consumes,
grief destorys.
Will I find my reason to live?

Face of an angel.
Can't you see?
I may look like an angel,
pretty and sweet.
A demon's nature,
hard to hide.
I plot and lie.
Outside I'm an angel,
Can't do anything wrong.
Inside a demon boils,
Waiting to be free.
I seem like an angel,
Halo and all.
In reality,
I'm a demon.
Waiting to be freed.
Will you free the demon inside?
Or make me wear this angel mask?
You see an Angel on the outside,
my eyes do hide.
The demon within.

Sick of lies,
Wanting truth.
Can I find it?
Sick of wearing a mask,
Never being me.
It hurts,
more than skin deep.
My soul weeps,
my heart torn.
Will I ever be me?
Tear stained face,
Laughing smile.
Just lies to cover,
lies that mask.
Can you tell?
Do you even care?
I know I do,
but that's me.
A girl with a mask,
Never honest with herself.

Thousands of tears shed,
the lost to great.
An ocean of sorrow,
tries to drown me.
I try to dry my tears.
The pain,
sufficates my heart.
Will it end?
Do you know what i would do for you?
Walking to the edge,
my foot hangs.
Do you know?
I turn,
only to see you vanish.
A silent tear falls,
a river unending.
Will this pain stop?
I'm gonna go.
The ocean's call,
to great to ignore.
Another foot forward.
Another tear falls.
I take two steps.
Will you stop me?
I guess this is the end,
of you and me.
Forever and a day.
I take the last step.
I can't touch bottom,
this is good bye.
My heart went first,
then my soul.
Do you care?
I'm goning under.
Good bye,
Forever.
