Owen pulled out another baggie of blood. I stared at it. He offered it to me.
"I...I..uh." I looked down.
I felt myself begin to blush.
I didn't know what to say.

I watched her cheeks go red,"do you want baby girl?"I whispered to her.

I turned to Blake. I looked in his eyes. They were full of understanding.
"Yes." I whispered.

I looked at ,"hand it here dude."

I watched Blake take the blood. I was full of desire. I wanted this more than anything. I was shaking a little from anticipation and nervousness. I just kept looking at Blake.

I handed it to her,"here."

I took the bag from him. I cut a corner open. I took a deep breath. I lifted it to my lips and drank. It was the most amazing thing I had every tasted. It exploded on my tongue and filled my whole mouth with the most wonderful exotic flavor I'd ever tasted. My cheeks were completely on fire and my eyes were tightly shut. I kept drinking until the bag was empty. When I was done, I wiped my lips and looked up at Blake.

I grinned at her,"you okay?"

"Its even better fresh"

I held her close.

I can only imagine, I thought in response to Owens comment. I looked from Owen to Blake.
I leaned into him. I wanted to be close to him.

I smiled then felt a hsapr pain shoot through my forehead, I fell to the ground screaming in pain

I knelt beside him.

I let out another scream adn my hadns flew to my mark

"He's not dying. He's changing." I said in awe.

I felt the burning spread across my fore head nad then it ceased, I stood up and looked into the mirrow

Ive wiated 7 years for this to happen" I traced it iwht my fingers

I had never witnessed a fledgling go through the change. It was amazing.
"Wow, Owen. You're a vampyre."

"Finally" I looked at my wings, they were now traced in bright saphire lines

"Cool" I folded the forward so I could see them better

I turned around and hugged Blake tightly. So much had happened today. I felt overwhelmed.My own mortality felt so real. I thought Owen was dying at first. I could die any day, if my body rejected the change. Daniel did.

"Im going to talk to the high priestess, ill be back in an hour or two" I jumped out the window and flew away

"Can we get out of here?" I asked, my lips slightly brushing against his ear.

i nodded,"hey we're leaving."

"Me too ,"i smiled.

I said good bye to Cammie. I took Blake's hand and walked out of the room.
"So...um is there anywhere is particular you want to go?" I asked.
