I smirked. "Of course I do. But the other side of town? I don't think so" I said and grabbed her arm, stopping her from running. "What's your name?" I asked.

"Amber, why? What's yours?"

"Nick" I said and cleared my throat. "Any friendds of Amber here? Please come to the alley over here. Repeating; any friends of Amber please come to the dark alley to pick her up" I shouted at the top of my lungs.

"Dude!"I yelled and walked into the ally "Oh would you look at that" I said eyeing the new kid.

"Well hello there beautiful. I'm Harvey" I said smiled and scooting over to her

I laughed "More like Dorky. What are you doing here?" I asked

"SHH!" I said and heard Amber's name be said I ran toward the place it came from and found her standing there with a tall guy "Amber?" I asked, making sure

I ran following Devin and Harvey ran following me.

"You idiot!" I yelled at Nick, dropping my head into my hands. I looked up at Devin, Becka and some other dude. "Who are you?" I asked, norrowing my eyes at him.

"So you know Amber? Good, cause she was heading towards the other side of town alone. Stupid chic" I said.

I cleared my throat "I am Harvey Jounce. Harv for short if you like, but I prefer Harvey." I said and smiled crookedly.

"Shut up Harv" I said, narrowing my eyes at Amber

"Whatever you like beautiful." I said and chuckled.

I shook my head "Well I see we are unwanted here, Devin." I said.

I looked over Amber and made sure she was not hurt. "Yeah.. I am Amber's.. friend. Who are you?" I asked

"Nick Towlers, Grown-up hunter" I said.

"You make yourself sound all professional" I said and jerked my arm away from him. "And you know that's not true Becka!"

I took a step closer to Amber "Oh I know Amber. I know all about it. I actually thought we were friends" I said

"Grr, Chick fight" I said and smiled

"Shut up Harv!" I yelled at him

I looked at Nick "Aren't we all Grownup hunters" I muttered

"We are friends! And who are you to say that? You just left us back at Wlamart! We didn't know if you would be back ro not."

I put my hand over Amber's mouth. "Can you shut up? You annoy me when you talk. And yeah, I guess we all are, but I'm in an organization. Or maybe I should say was, because I'm the only survivour" I said.

"What a good organization" I said, but it came out muffled because of his hand over my mouth.

I was angry "Well.. That was different! I went during the day, not the middle of the night! And... And.. you could have been hurt Amber are you crazy!" I yelled at her.

I put my hand over Becka's mouth "And your voice is annoying me. Your welcome to come back home with us, Nick" I said to him

I smiled. "Girls these days. And yeah, I'd like to come back with you guys" I said.

Tears welled up in my eyes. "You're the one who's crazy" I mumbled.

Tears welled up in my eyes and I started giggling "We're both crazy." I said, muffled my Devin's hand.

"We should start heading there. It's getting too late" I said and took my hand off of Becka

I grabbed my sword after Nat fell asleep and ran out sword in hand this had gone far enough I started killing grown-ups left and right not knowing were I was going until I saw Devin"Devin get back to Wal-Mart Nat is sleeping but she is the only young one left alive"I looked at the new dude"Who are you and how old and friend or foe"

"What?! No that can't be true. They have to be around here somewhere" I sobbed and started running down the street looking for the kids.

I walked back to Nat, Owen and Amii only to find that Amii was gone. "Why does everybody do this to me?" I whispered and sat down beside Nat.

"Nick Towlers, 17, friend. And now I'm going to bring Amber back" I said and ran after her. I catched her, knocked her out and threw her over my shoulder. I walked back to the others. "Now before you say anything I know that her head is bleeding but it's nothing serious." I think.

I rolled my eyes and looked at her head"no it isn't serious but we will talk more at our base"I started dragging them foward towards the Wal-Mart

"Told ya so" I nodded and followed her.

I watched Nat sleep.

I screamed and bolted up in my sleep. I turned and saw a boy sitting next to me and I grabbed him, scared.

"Natalie" I breathed and ran towards the Walmart, ignoring Devin's protests.

"Beck!" I yelled as she ran away. I turned to Amilia "So let me get this straight. All the kids are dead but Nat?" I asked

"Babe gone astray!" I yelled as Becka ran away. I chuckled.

I woke up to find Nick carrying me. "Let me go!" I said and kicked him. He put me down and I stumbled over to Devin. "I have a killer headache" I muttered and reached up to touch the back of my head.

"You'll get over it. Now let's hurry up and get back to Walmart" I said.

"Shh it's okay Nat" I said and hugged her. "Becka and Devin will be here soon."

I ran into Wal-Mart and saw Nat crying"Oh Nat I am so sorry I left you fpr an hour"I wrapped my arms around her"it is ok just a bad dream"

I woke up and wlked over
