"i did?" i felt my face flush.

this recon was proving more difficult than i'd thought. i'd only found three of the eighteen secret passageways and it was already nearly four am. the time when i was supposed to be careful. i sighed and told myself that i'd just check that one that was supposed to be by the fountain. again ...
it was darker here and i wont admit that i was a little bit nervous as my clock inched closer to four. i flickered up a flame and drew it close into a tiny ball. it made my skin look like it was glowing which would have been really cool if i had been anywhere else.
i looked into the fountain wondering if that could be where the passage was hidden (you never know with these things) and saw my reflection, my glowing pale face and the shadow passing behind me. wait, shadow? crap.
i swung round and tried to hit whatever was behind me only to lose my footing and fall back into the fountain. which was very cold and very wet.
a chuckle emerged from the shadows and i scowled from the water as it dripped down my nose.
'ass, whose there?' i said angrily.

i couldn't help it. i didnt mean to scare her. i usually hang out around the fountain most of the time but tonight there was the girl. she was stood staring at her reflection and weirdly glowing. i came up behind for a closer look and she turned trying to hit me. that was when she fell in. it really took all i had not to expose myself in a fit of laughter. i brushed my black hair out of my blue eyes. i must have let something slip because she shouted angrily at me. i chose to reveal myself, stepping out.
'i'm Lucien.' i said offering her a hand out of the fountain.

I felt it go even redder. "i like to draw."

"i draw better when im outside so no not right now."

i stood up and kissed him.

i turned away his hand and pushed myself out of the fountain before stomping back to the dormitory dripping water everywhere. i was definately in a bad mood and to make it worse this Lucien guy was following me.

i decided to follow her, if only to make sure she was ok and because i found her interesting. she was obviously angry at me.
