I chuckled. "How'd you guess?" I asked smiling. "It's good to know so I don't make the same mistake twice."

I pulled the gun from the inside of my jacket, "Vamp hunter" I told him, "It's not likely you'll be alive to make the mistake again" I said shooting a wooden bullet through his shoulder

I hissed loudly. "Really?" i asked. "Should have guessed." Then I ran at her and took hold of her neck making it so she couldn't breathe. "It's been forever since I've killed one of you."

I didn't panic as he took my neck in his hand throwing me with force against the wall. I reached for my stake with the last breath I had. I drove it through the arm he'd been holding me agianst the wall with, as he fell back in pain I landed on him causing us both to fall to the floor. I took a breath now practically laying on top of him. I frowned

I smiled at her. She was going to... what was she doing? Why wasn't she killing me? She had her chance. I flipped us so I was on top now. I held her down by her wrists so she couldn't move. "Why didn't you kill me when you had your chance?" i asked.

I turned my face away hoping he would not see the obvious blush, "We both hesitate" I murmered almost silently not stopping him

I smiled and pulled back. "I don't think I can kill you," I said. "And I'm pretty sure you can't kill me either. SO a truce?"

I sighed and looked out. "I was walking that night. I lived in France back them. A woman was walking around wearing what you would wear now but we would have called hookers. She was badly 'beaten'." I chuckled. "She had painted herself with paints. I offered her my assistance and tried to help but instead..." I shook my head. "She left my half dead in the streets. Did you know that when a vampire bites you you are offered a choice. Live as you have before and forget or live forever with the knowledge and memories of all the vampires that came before you. She took so much blood I wasn't given a choice at all."
