Kill Or Be Killed [x]

I got up furiously, I swung the door open to look at him. "I think you'll find that it is in town" I started, "Check any map" I added throwing one at him, "It's in town" I turned away from him, "You lied to me when I trusted you" My voice was close to breaking, I wiped my eyes quickly before turning back to face him, "And I'm pretty sure all those humans weren't vampire bodyguards and a human wouldn't have been able to hear what I was saying"

Knowledge lit up in my eyes, "Unless" I started, "No" I frowned, "The only way they'd still be recognised as humans, yet have the strength to guard Vampires and be able to hear a quiet conversation across the room would be if they're not human"
I crossed my arms, "Dhamphirs" I said, "Makes sense now"
I sat down on the deck chair with an exhausted sigh

((Hehe. You read Vampire academy too?))

I nodded. "They'd kill you in a second," I said. "And me too. Even if you went there with a hundred hunters it would still be a slaughter for both of us." I walked inside cautiously. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have brought you there. I wasn't thinking."

((Yeah, but they're all over the old vamp stories too))

"Humans have taken down Damphirs before" I said, "I admit I couldn't do it alone but it's not impossible" I argued, "I'm really not as fragile as you seem to think I am.. I've killed hundreds of vampires" I told him, "Which is an achievment considering I'm only a human" I added sarcasm hinting my tone

((Oh. I didn't know that))

"Yes," I said. "You are human. But you do things that we can't. Live like we can't. And you die like we can't. Without you we die. Your species over populates and mine starves without each other. I'm sorry but it's the truth."

((Yeah, Romania and place like that have lots of Dhamphir stories (: ))

I looked at him, "You could survive without us" I said, "You don't need humans. You said so yourself" I folded my arms, "Unless you were lying about your waiter friends diet too"

"I wasn't," I said. "But some of us can't stand the stuff. You know how humans can be allergic to nuts and stuff? Some of us are allergic to different blood types and animals. Some can't handle human blood at all. Others can't handle predators. I personally am unable to handle certain herbivores."

"Right" I said, "Ok, fine" I shrugged, "You still lied when you knew I trusted you"

I looked up at him, "So you haven't been listening either" I said, a small smile playing on my lips, "I can't do it" I uncurled my fingers from the steak and it dropped the the floor,

I shrugged

"I don't know" I told him honestly, "A part of me is seriously p-ed off at everything you've done" I said, "And then another part is mad at myself for getting myself into this situation" I added, "And then there's the part which is thankful I did..it's not like this is something easy to find out" I sighed, "And then there's the part of me who wants to lock that door and forget everything that's happened in the past hour and a half" I shrugged, "If someone had told me this is how I was behaving now two days ago I'd probably have killed them"

I smiled very small and looked at him, "Do you want to try this?" I asked him, "Seriously?!" I added, "But we'll have to agree on terms..like.." I shrugged, "I wont kill unless I know they've killed for no reason"

"Alright," I said. "That seems fair. And I wont take you to another place like that again."

"no" I said, "You can if you feel you trust me" I added, "Just tell me first" I sighed, "And no more lies"

"That's a given," I said. "And alright. I'll give you a heads up and tell you whether or not what it is if you want to go or not."

I nodded, "Ok" I said as I got up with a huge sigh

"Are you sure you want this?" I asked.

I nodded, "I would never get myself into something if I didn't want it" I told him

I nodded and took her hand. "Alright," I said. "Just don't say I didn't warn you."

I smiled squeezing his hand gently, "And I'm warning you of my mood swings now" I told him, "But I want this to work"

"So do I," I said happily as I kissed her cheek.

Ismiled more, "So" I said with a laugh, "Uh"
