Love after Changes

I sighed"I thought you wanted me dead"I said bluntly as I breathed calming breathes

"I've got something better in mind." I said throwing her over my shoulder and running.

I rolled my eyes and tapped him on the back"um yeah put me down I hate being carried and tell me what you plan on doing"

I got far away so that john couldn't find us and I put her down. "I can't..." I shrugged "Its a secret."

"well it's not like you'll take me back anyways so just tell me"

"I don't know." I said.

"dude I am a newborn so even if I ran you would catch me no problem"

"No... I'm being serious." I said "I don't know."

"oh ok"I sat down on the ground"dawn is approaching"I looked at him he was really cute but I wasn't going to say that out loud to him

I looked at the sky. I saw an old building near by. "Since I know better than to leave a paper trail. It isn't exactly the holiday inn but its better than nothing." I said motioning to the building.

"ugh better then a house made of leaves"I stood up and walked towards it"you coming"

"A house made of leaves?" I asked confused.

"since John was running away and he hates putting humans in danger he made us sleep in a house he made out of leaves"I was so angry about that so my next words came as a shock even for me"I don't know why but your way hotter then John"

I shrugged. "What can I say?" I laughed.

I bit my lip hard and it started to bleed"shoot I can't believe I said that and now my lip is bleeding"

I smiled "Let me get that." I said and pulled her in for a kiss.

I kissed him softly and thought oh he is so sweet and if my heart still was beating it would've just stopped

Once her blood hit my tongue I deepened the kiss pulling her closer to me.

I licked his bottom lip then broke it"we need to get inside before dawn hits"I said out of breathe

I nodded and walked into the sanctuary behind her.

Once I was in I looked at him and giggled

"What?" I asked. "Is there something on my face?"

I blushed"no you just smell really good"

I laughed "Um... thank you."

I looked around"it is so beutiful in here and so familiar"I walked around"this used to be a hunter strong hold until they were all killed"
