Love after Changes

I laughed, and got closer to him. "Is it true vampires can heal wounds by drinking from the wound?" I whispered.

"You should live out everyday. Thats what I do." I told her. "I don't expect and ending." But I do expect revenge. I thought to myself

I nodded and looked into his eyes"tell me how"

"I don't really know how to explain it. Just go with the flow?" I said. "That sounds kinda right, maybe?" I said and looked down at her.

I nodded"ok"

I leaned down and placed a kiss to her nose and smiled.

I giggled"what was that for"

"I don't know. I just wanted to."

"I don't know, I've never tried." I said truthfully.

"Would you ever try?" I asked

"yes." I said simply.

I lifted the bottom of my one pant leg up revealing the large gash on it. "Would you? It hurts like hell... I was too afraid of being found if I were to call a doctor..." zi looked at him with pleading eyes.

I swallowed hard as desire for blood sparked in my eyes, "you do know that this may not work." I said starting to tremble.

I nodded. "But if it does... I won't slow you down when we travel."

I nodded, "I'll give it a try." I said, leaning closer to her leg, "brace yourself, this may sting." I said and bit through the scab closeing over the wound, ripping it away completely and drinking from the wound, focusing on taking the pain more than her life energy.

I winced at first, it did sting. Then it started to feel good, really good. I smiled.

I continued to drink until I no longer felt any pain coming from her and stopped closing the wound off and sitting back, "better?" I asked softly.

I was breathing hard so I managed a nod. "Thank you." I whispered.

I nodded"oh"and looked down at the floor

"your welcome, I'm surprised it worked." I said, licking the blood from my chin.

"Whats wrong?" I asked her.

"I was hoping you had a better reason"I looked him in the eyes

I smiled "I can't just want to kiss you?" I asked

"yes you can"I whispered"John never kissed me like you do"

I smiled getting and odd satisafactiong out of that. I pulled her to me and covered her mouth with mine.
