I smiled at him, not knowing how he'd react to anything made this difficult. I really wanted to kiss him, but I didn't want to risk chasing him away. "You're welcome." I dropped my hand and propped my head up.

I chuckled, "you should get some sleep before we move on." I said grabbing her hand and laying a light kiss on the knuckles.

I blushed. I liked the way his lips made my skin feel. I groaned, "But I'm not tired..." I moved a little closer to him.

I smiled, "of course you aren't" I said, not noticing her nearness to me.

"What's hat supposed to mean?" I whispered laying my head down on the pillow beside him.

I laughed, "that most humans are normally asleep at four in the morning." I said absently trailing my fingers along her upper arm.

"I don't think so"I closed my eyes"I am going to kill that human if it is the last thing I do"I hissed

"Oh..." I said not really paying much attention to the conversation. I inched myself a little closer to him. He made me feel safe, and... Cared for.

I smiled, "your an odd human." I said softly.

I looked up at him from on the pillow. "Why? Because I'm so comfortable being around someone like you?"

"well yes." I said nodding slightly.

"Care to know why?" I asked moving his hair from his eyes.

"well I would like to know." I said softly.

"When you were honest with me about draining me if you fed from me... That's how I knew you'd never hurt me. I know I may be wrong, but if I am I don't care. I've never met anyone like you before... You're different." I said staring him in he eyes.

"I respect life, unlike some others." I said by way of explaination.

"I love that you do." I whispered still staring at him.

Anger over took me. "Lies come from your mouth." I said walking over and grabbing my pants.

I giggled and hugged him back. "What was that for?" I asked when he let me go.

"no one has ever appreciated my feelings before." I said.

"Then you haven't been around the right type of people." I whispered. We were closer together than I realized nd I didn't know if he was okay with that.
