New in Town (started/closed)

"She's never said it." I told her.

"Have you?"

"No." I said. "I didn't want to be the first one to say it then get hurt." Now that I thought about it if I said it I wouldn't really mean it.

"Did you want to say it..." I said looking away not sure if i wanted to know the truth

"No." I said and took her face in my hands and kissed her lightly

Johnny's lips felt hot against mine. He kissed me gently and tenderly, like no one had before. He let go of my face and looked into my eyes. I was breathless even though it was a small kiss.

I smiled at her and kissed her on the nose.

I smiled as he kissed my nose and let out a sigh. "Why me?"

"Because you know about cares. Your not like other girls." I said.

i looked at him with a confused look. "So you like me bc i know about cars?"

"No NO No." I said in a rush. "I like you because your beautful, I felt something about you when I first met you."

I smiled and said "I felt something too. It's hard to explain."

"I know." I said and kissed her forehead.

"And speaking of explaining... What about... your girlfriend."

I sighed and looked away. "I don't know." I said.

i knew it. this was too good to be true

"I think I am going to break up with her. But I don't know how to do that without hurting her."

"You don't have to do that" I felt so guilty. "I'll keep the kiss" this wondorful kiss " A secret. Don't worry..." I said as i looked out my window. watching as troy held jackie

I ran my hand through my hair. "I don't want you to be a secret." I said.

"I don't want you to do something you'll regret... I don't want you to break up with your girlfriend Johnny. Not for me"

"Why not?" I said getting frustrated.

"Beacuse I'd feel like a... a... homewrecker."

"You won't be if I break up with her first."

I turned to face him and gave him a smile. I shivered. The truck was stil off and it was getting colder outside.

I saw her shiver and turned the truck on. I waited for it to warm up and turned on the heat. I would have put my arms around her but that would have been a bad idea.
