New in Town (started/closed)

"I do." I said. "And I'm not saying because It is really embarrassing." I said people have always made fun of the guy with the last name angel.

"Angel... I like it. It really suits you." I smiled up at him as he led me into the class and straight up to a balding man in suspenders.

"It does not." I joked. "I'm a complete devil." I smiled. I wlked in. "You can sit next to me." I walked to my seat and sat down. Leaning back in my chair.

"You don't say?" I laughed. "I think you seem harmless enough...So how about we get to know each other? Ever played 20 questions?" I smiled

I laughed "No." I said. "But I'm up for anything."

"okay I'll start.... How old are you? easy question"

"18" I said and smiled. THis game was simple

"okay do you have a girlfriend?"

"Sadly yes." I said.

at that instant my heart dropped. "Oh..." I said turning away. "what's her name?"

I saw the dissappointment and sighed. "Ashley."

"oh... fourth question. Wy did you say 'sadly yes' when you said you did have a girlfriend?"

(Okay.)

I walked around dreamily.

As i got done asking Johnny my question i noticed a girl walking around. She seemed lost so i introduced myself.
"Hi. I'm Emily."

I didn't know why I said sadly. I really didn't think that i said sadly. In my mind I was thinking it, but I didn't think I actually said it.

I stopped and looked at her, "Hi. I'm Jackie..."

"Are you new too? Cause you loook lost."

I sighed, "Lost... Would be an understatement. Yes I'm new."

"Ah... Join the club. Johnny here was showing me around." But when i turned around and looked over he was no longer in his seat. Where did he go? "Well he was here... You could sit there if you'd like. I' sure he wouldn't mind."

I smiled, "Okay."

"so where did you move from?"

I frowned, "You know... A place..."
