i looked up and saw a carriage going up.
'there,' i pointed. 'at the front with the ears, she's on her own.'

i looked down and spotted my sisters. i gave them a smug little wave and settled back to enjoy the ride.

i followed them quickly to the ride exit.

i got off the ride feeling slightly queasy but mostly triumphant. next stop was the candy floss stall with the money i'd borrowed from belle.
