"Oh yea, are you stupid or something!?" i yelled at him
I ran back. "Why are you two soakign wet. Faith I thought we talked about not going to the waterfall alone."
"i wasnt alone and I know how to get to the cave without falling."

"shes right she wasnt there alone and its my fault she got hurt" i said

I sat up. "Do you not to know that you walk into the wall and not twords the waterfall, that thing could have decapitaited you." I shook my head.
I gave her some asprin.
"Thanks." I swallowed them

"i know" i said.

I got up and tried to get the water out of my hair.
I walked into the kitchen.
"Why is it everytime your around I end up some how having save you." I mumbled

"because you care" i wispered in her ear where her freind couldnt hear.

I jumped from him being so close. "I dont." I said.
I searched the friend

"you didnt have to save me that time but you did anyways" i said smiling

"Because I would get charged with manslaughter for doing nothing when I could have. Plush I really dont want my cave stained with blood and body parts." I said.
I found something to cook

" you keep saying that " i said just looking at her. "fire could you warm her up i can tell shes cold cause of all the water." i mumbled.

I felt the fire. "I dont need your help." I walked outside. "I dont need anyones help." I muttered

walking after her" i dont know what you mean" i said.

"I know you have the fire affianty, I dont need you to help me or follow me." I started walking again.
I looked and they were gone. I just shrugged

"ok" i said this time walking away from her.

I headed to my car. I searched for some clean clothes i could wear. I shook my head. "I dont need anyones help." I dont need anyone. I said to myself

i decided to take the long way back to the house of night. "need and want are two different things im starting to think she doesnt know which is which" i said to myself hopeing no stray human would see me because i was still wearing my school uniform.

the only clothes I found that were clean were my exs he let me have a pair of sleep pants and one of his favorite shirts. I sighed, "Great," I went to change into them

I hummed. i went to my dorm room. i notced i got a roomate.
" see ya later Kate." i waved and walked out of the building.

I walked into the girls dorm and went to the bathroom to change

just my luck. some teen humans guys where heading my way.

"see ya " i said.

I wonder when she would arrive. I sighs and threw myself onto my bed. I had a bad feeeling in my gut. like something bad was going to happen.

I got a text from someone. I was walking and got it. Meet me at the coffee shop I didnt reconize the number but went. I saw Mikeal and his friends walking then I saw Jace. "Great." I sighed

I went over to Jace. "Um you should go." I said looking at Mikeal and his friends. He was eyeing me

trying to cover my mark with my hair before they noticed me.
"hey you" one of them said.
i just igrnored them trying to pass them but two of them grabed either side of me pullign me back.
"i was talking to you" the human said.
"and" i said.
"lets teach this punk a lesson" the human said.
ok im just gonna have to take it hopefully they wont notice my mark.

i wallked up the stairs walking to the door of my new room. turning the key.

"Mikeal leave Jace alone." I walked over and kicked one of them in the shin. "Hay Fay." He said to me smileing.
