"What" i said with my last Breath.

"i was always a vampire" i said. as i watched him die.

I watched him as i wrapped my arm around Jace's.

i looked at her. "we should do something with his body so no one will find it" i said.

I nodded in agreement then moved to pick up the body. "I'll get him, your hurt." i said as i could feel the pain in my shoulder.

"so you can feel it" i asked.

I nodded, "only half of what you feel." i said. Fully feeling the pain would be bad in a case of fighting.

"well thats good and bad" i said.

"It would be really bad if both of us were badly injured." i said lightly.

"yeah but it also lets us know if the other is hurt" i said.

I nodded. "Even if i'm extremely far from you i'll know when you in danger or hurt." i said as i looked at him.

"but i dont plan to be far from you" i said.

"Either do i." i smiled. I shifted the weight of the body. "Proper burial or the lake?" i asked.

"even though he turned on me he was my friend" i said.

I nodded. "Proper burial it is," i said and began walking towards the cemetery.

i walked with her.

We got to the cemetery and i looked for an empty spot where we could put the body.

There was a spot near a tree. I walked to it and set the body down.

i walked over to were she was at.

I looked around. "We need a shovel." i sighed.

"i'll go look for one" i said.

I nodded. "Be careful." i said and turned towards the tree. This would have to do as a headstone.

i found a shed. it was locked i broke in and found a shovel.

I used my nails to carve into the bark of the tree. Yes in a few hundred years the carving would be up higher but this would do for now.

i brought the shovel back.
