I pulled up and remebered I was still in the cloths I worked in,i looked for blood and didn;t see any,I left my weapon on me and got out,I knocked on their door.

I kissed Jared's cheek and ran to the door. I opened the door slowly.

I walked in,and smiled as I covered my gun up,"Hey there."

I closed the door, "Hey." I forced myself to smile a bit.

"Where's Jared?"I asked as I ran my hand threw my hair.

"Upstairs... On the phone with his base." I sighed and sat down on the couch miserably and put my head in my hands.

"I see,"I said as i fixed my weapon harness,then sighed.I walked over to her and sqeezed her shoulder,"it's gonna be okay Simona... I promise."

I shook my head no, "No, it's not. He's gonna go there and get himself killed!" Tears dripped down my face silently.

I whipped her tears away,"Yes it will be.. he's not gonna die."

"And what if he does?!" I suddenly snapped. "I'm sorry..." I quickly apologized.

I flinched abit,"He won't I know my brother.. and I know damn well enough that he'll come home perfectly fine."

I looked up at him, "He may not, but I sure as hell will." I muttered.

"You'll be fine your a strong girl,"I siad as I checked my phone.

I smirked, "You don't know me at all."

I looked at her,"I know your strong..I use to have a strong girl... not as strong as you though."

I shook my head, "Lance... What exactly happened with your girl? I never met her and I wanna know what kind of girl would leave someone as amazing as you.''

I sighed,"Her name was Cammie.. Cammie Garths .. she was on business here and I was ion a case that involed her 17 year old brother.. she was perfect,damn she perfect."I looked down,"three years later I propose she says yes then our wedding day she was a no show."

"Did she ever say why?" I asked

"Nope she was excited one day the next she doesn't show,"I shrugged,"I'll survive."

"Not to sound evil or something but uh... Do you think she might've... Uh..." I bit my lip, "died?"

My blood turned cold,"No..not her,"I shook my head,"would have been reported..or a missing person report.. but neither came in.."

ok I smiled and got out of bed

I placed a hand on his shoulder, "People can chose not to do those things Lance." I whispered

I sighed,"Anyways enough about my past...."I said looking down at my phine again as I texed my boss then put the phone away.

"Anyway," I said standing back up, "Jared's probably uhm... Almost finished so I'm going to go and get him."
