Nothing Is As It Seems

This story is about a girl, Lexi who used to live a normal life, until one faithful day. everything changes, nothing is the same no more. She was sent away to boarding school when young, where she met new friends. There is one class that are never seen by anyone, until she finds them, and finds out their secret.

I walked to school with Ami, my best friend. We are room mates at Black Rose Academy. I met her on my first day, and i'm glad to know someone like her. We were running late, I got up late, again. I ate breakfast as we ran. We had Professor Ravenheart first lesson, he is Head Master at the Academy. Been late for his classes meant after class lessons.
We made it just in time, and i finished breakfast too.
"Good Morning Class, hope you are all prepared for your exam on US History, if not, good luck" i hit my head on the table "No, i forgot to study last night, why didn't you remind me, Ami"
"I thought you knew, and i did tell you, you just fell to sleep straight after."
"Oh.... Yeah, well, i'm doomed"
"Yeah, you said it"
Our test papers were handed to us, i just had to look at the cover to know i was doomed. It was harder than i thought. I didn't know many of the answers, so i guessed most of them.
"How did you do?" I asked Ami after the exam
"I think i aced it, how about you?"
"Failed, epically"
"Don't worry, it could of been a lot worse" She said while we both packed up, we were the last two in the class. We walked out, and i wasn't looking where i was going, as always. I walked into someone. "Sorry!" I said as i looked up, he was handsome, dark, tall and left me breathless.
"Sorry, i should of watched where i was going, is Headmaster Ravenheart still in there?" He asked, his voice deep and seductive.
"I...Uh..." I couldn't speak.
"Yeah, he's still in class" Ami said to him. He smiled and walked in.
"I'm such an idiot." I said after he left.
"Don't worry, i know, he's hot, must be a new guy."
"He can't be, he's too perfect to be a new guy."
"Well, something is going on." I said to her.

We continued on with lessons, i was still thinking of who that was, why they were here. He wasn't the only person i didn't know. There was a girl standing in on our lesson before lunch. She had long blonde hair, down past her elbows, violet eyes, which was unusual, and pale skin. She was tall and slender. She kept looking round at everyone, and outside, like she was making sure nothing was coming. It was strange.
"What do you think is going on?" I asked Ami at lunch
"I don't know, they might be new students, just here to have a look" She replied, she didn't seem too bothered.
"There is something more than that, i know there is. I wonder what." I said, looking at students coddling round the guy who i bumped into earlier. He was heading toward us, now i was scared.
"Hi, are you Lexi Hainsworth?" He said as he got to me.
"Y...Yes i am" I said, confused.
"I am Blaze Aconley, I have been summoned here by Head Master Ravenheart to come get you." He said, looking directly into my eyes. Now i was definitely scared.
I got up and stood by him "I'll find you later, Ami." i said before leaving with Blaze. We walked in silence. He looked over at me, smiling occasionally. We walked into the classroom when we reached it.
"Ah, Lexi, there you are, You've met Blaze, i see, and over there is Glaicelin Valencina. We have a proposition to ask of you. But this is a big deal, that no one can find out about. We are introducing a New class, they will be held at night, for students like these two. I have always been able to rely on you."
"What would you like me to do?" I asked him.
"Sorry i'm late, there was a few problems at home" A familiar voice said.
I turned round "Lilly, i haven't seen you in ages" I said, walking over to her. I knew her secret, she was a vampire, she saved me years ago from a house fire, and i found out that day what she was.
"Hey, Lexi, nice to see you again." She smiled, and hugged me, then we turned round to see what the Headmaster wanted to say.
"Well, you may already know what type of people will be in the class, Lexi." I thought for a few seconds "Vampires?" I asked.
"Yes, you are right. I want to educate vampires, but not any type, the Elites. These three are from some of the richest and most powerful families in the Vampire World. I have always kept a close relationship with them, and now i would like to restore the balance between Vampires and Humans, like it was thousands of years ago."
"You can count on me, but what will i be doing?" I asked
"It is your job to patrol at night, making sure no Students from the day find out about the secret of vampires. They will know of a new class, that are taught at night, and they will know it is prohibited to feed on humans in the day time class."
"I accept this job, for the sake of Vampires."
"Well, i call the Day Time class, the Sun Class, and Solar Dorms, and the Night Tme Class, the Moon Class and Luna Dorms."
