He then held her hand the two of them exited the chamber. Don't cry, believe in yourself, and fight the darkness!

The tattoo on Flavius's forehead began to glow again. He slowly opened his eyes and was all of the sudden fully conscious. He looked around and saw that he was in the infirmary. He then saw Zeke standing by the bed and was a bit shocked at what he saw.

"Professor Zeke, are you crying?" He said.

"I think...I can enter souls." Flavius said. "I was just in Alexandra's soul. There were these two stimulations of her. One was brightness, the other darkness." Flavius said. "I tried to show her the way to fight darkness, but the stimulation of darkness seemed to figure out how to kick me out." He finally said.

"Alex isn't evil." Flavius said. "Darkness has taken over her, and made the real Alex petrified."

Zeke was surprixed at what his friend was telling him.
"are you sure?" he asked then added "are you sure she hasnt accepted darkness and someone is controllng her?"

"Darkness is not only controling her, but has even put the 'humanity' in the deepest levels of fear." Flavius said. He sighed, then he said. "We can't save her, Zeke. All I can do is get the stimulation of humanity out of the chamber, release her from her fear, and tell her how to fight the darkness. However, this seems a lot but it is actually nothing. The 'war' is the real deal. But as long as she is trapped, she is helpless."

Zeke was going to say, that as much as he can help her, his affinity isnt strong enough, and that the quest might not turn out well. but instead he said...
"all we can do for her is let her know we're here, and that we're not food."
he thought he knew what Flvius was going to say about him, so he added. "i'll promised to keep the sword low if she promises not to attack." he smiled then.
we must go to the high preistess real soon.

Alex scooted over to the wall to lean against. she gathered herself together and jumped back over the wall. she zoomed to the infermary with her speed and looked in the window.
that is th guy from my dream! she thought. then damn Neferret had to cut him out. i know him from somewhere. she covered up her mark with her fringe and decided to go over enemy lines.
the boys aren't gunna like this she thought.
she went in through the door and stood leaning against the wall watching them.

"No, Zeke." Flavius said. He felt comfortable now calling him 'Zeke' instead of 'professor' since Zeke is his older brother now. "I can give her the weapons and motivation, the rest is her job." He fell silent for a moment and looked at his feet. "Next time I enter her soul, the 'Mistress' which kicked me out won't be able to do anything. It is my universe, not her's."

Zeke nodded.
"i have read about entering souls in one of ny study books. sometimes in the other relm souls cant hear..." he thought he might tell Flavius.
then he was curious.
"how exactly did thid mistress kick you out?" he asked.

"I don't remember, it was blurry, and something was blocking my vision. She seemed to be an expert on the soul world." Flavius said. "But she was definity not a part of it. She was an intruder. I couldn't even look at her face." There was a moment of silence and then Flavius smiled, and then laughed, and laughed, and laughed even more. He was happy!

"Julia!" Flavius screamed from happiness (and forgot his manners) when she came in. "I'm so glad you are here! I have great news! There is a chance we could help Jake." He then gave her a big smile.

"Screw them!" Flavius said. "Should I ask them to go away or should I ask you to come close so I could tell you everything?"

"Listen well, 'cuz this is twisted, majorly!" Flavius said. "I have the ability to enter souls and...do stuff...like help them find a way to fight darkness. Earlier today I did it to Alexandra, but I was cut-off by a 'mistress'. Obviously, this 'mistress' is like their ruler or something."

Flavius shushed for a moment. Then said "how the heck did I not know that?" He thought outloud. He laid back and said "there is a lot we need to discuss."

"Weird how things change dramatically in such a short time." Flavius said.

"yea" i say.

Flavius laid back and stared at the wall. Everything made his head dizzy.

"just relax for right now okay" i say to him.
