"firstly you set out the balls like this.." i showed her, "and the white balls is the one you tap with the stick, which goes here at the start." i set the ball down.
"ok, the first ball you sink is the one that determinds what balls you have to try and sink for the game. those ones are the small balls." i pointed to the ones without the whit.."and these are the big" she pointed to the ones with whites. "oh, and whatever you do, try not to sink the number eight ball 'till the end of the game."

i lined up my que with the ball, and hit the side which rebounded to the small ball opposite which smaked it into the hole. i blew the end of my que for added dramatics.
