My real name is Jerry and I am a Vampaholic.
It all started with TWILIGHT. I really liked the movie and couldn't wait for New Moon to come out so I bought the book 2 months before the movie was released on Nov, 20th, 2009. (My first book)
I Re-joined HON back in March. I was a member of the old HON forum before it shut down. I am a big Vampire fan and have read many series of them. Like HON, Sookie Stackhouse series, Morganville vampires, Vladamire Todd, Vampire Kisses, etc. etc. (can't think of them all right now and I am not home to look. I don't know what it is about vampires that I find so attractive. Doesn't matter if they are good or bad. I think its the perfect health and imortality that attracts me. Anyway, when I was a member of the old HON, I had a few close friends that I was talking to on a regular basis but I can't seam to find them here. I can't even remember their forum names. It was a long time ago. They were like me... didn't post hardly at all.
I found a great place to fuel my addiction and that is AMAZON.com. I buy all my books there except for new releases. It is so hard to go to a bookstore or walmart, etc and look for just vampire books. But with Amazon's search engine, It brings up a complete list of them. I had no clue there were so many Vampire books out there. WOW! I have a bookself that is just over 7 foot tall and is 4 foot wide that I got about 1/2 full. And i only started reading a little over 2 years ago.
I am looking for new friends to talk to about Vampire books, shows, movies, ideas and what ever.... I feel wierd though about being male and liking these books. Please PM me if you are looking for the same. I am not much in to posting public. I am not a group person.
