The Life and Love of Dragons (1x1 just me and sak chan)

Adrex looked at Mist but got side tracked by the other dragonns and people. "It's new but, we'll adjust. The guard didn't look twice at Adrex. Just sent us on our way." I laughed a bit and kept walking to find the dragons who were going to die.

"Oh, thanks." I felt embarassed but knew I shouldn't. I followed him silently hoping that they'd listen to me.

"She's trainable. No worries for her, and Adrex wont either." I said as I went in to look at the dragons.

I nodded busy looking at all the beautiful dragons that were here. The guy who worked here saw me and yelled, "Hey! No one who doesn't work here is allowed in here!" I stopped unsure what to say.

He looked at Zerik. "Oh, my apologies your highness. I didn't see you. What did you want to help with?" He asked me. "I thought I might try and give the dragons a chance to live a longer. At least until you can prove I can't tame them. Each of them." I said and he stared at me.

I just gave a nod. "IF thats alright with you My friend." I said.

"Alright, we'll let her. Would you like to try the one that's supposed to be put down right now, or another one?" He asked. "Just pick a dragon. I'll tame anyone of them."

"Alright, we'll start with a simple dragon, though this one may just be stubborn." He led us to a small dragon that was sleeping.

"Well, I guess it's a start. Can't judge a dragon by it's size." Adrex got off my shoulders and went over to the dragon. It sensed the shift in temperature and jumped away from Adrex and started to get angry. "Adresx, stop making that dragon angry. You know beter than to mess with them." I walked into the little cell like area slowly and picked him up and he climbed to my shoulders and tried to hide in my hair.

I nodded and the dragon watched me wearily. It wasn't angry now, just confused and every move I made it would watch. I started walking towards and it backed up and I stopped. "it doesn't trust me yet." I said watching it's reaction.

"It will." I sat down and watched it. Usually that would calm them when you were at their level or lower. It moved towards me but every few steps it would stop.

I stuck my hand out and it sniffed it and laid down and I touched it's head. "You're very sweet." It lifted it's head and gave me that dragon grin that made me laugh.

'Well, you're not stubborn. You just don't wanna be a fighter." I smiled and knew that's what was wrong with him. "You just want to be loved."

I watched it walk up to me all the way and hugged the dragon. Adrex stopped hiding and looked at the dragon.
