Hunger Games Next Generation **Mockingjay Spoilers!!**

Personally I always imagined Katniss and Peeta's son to be named Jay, like in Mockingjay or bird or something, but I could definitely see them naming him Cinna, since he meant so much to them. Rue definitely seems like a possibility for their daughter, and Primrose could be possible for Gale if he had a daughter. Not 100% sure that he would name her that, as he might not want to be reminded about that. I'm sure he feels quite guilty about it. He didn't mean for it to happen, but it did. I don't now if I would want to be reminded of that, if I was him. Hm. I don't know. Finnick would definitely be a choice for his and Annie's son (cries).

I know this haven't been touched in a while but I felt like discussing names ^^;

As for the THG forum, I'd definitely be up to help for that. I've had several forums through the years, so I have some knowledge at least that might be useful. We could probably gather up some people to join it too, as the fan base is so wide and big. If you guys are actually up for creating one, please tell me~.

I'm too emotionally broken to think of names, considering i just finished Mockingjay and surprised myself by only crying once. Plus this topic was dead for a while anyways :l

I made a THG Forum, but I'm the only member on it because I haven't touched it in almost 2 weeks, and its really sucky. But I created it atleast, i guess that's a start, lol. If you guys are interested, I'd be happy to have others help me build it up. =]

@Nightchild yeah, I was thinking he would name his daughter Prim out of guilt. Seems like a pretty Gale thing to do. And yeah, Jay is a good name for Katniss' son, I actually never thought of it well he's called Cinna in the rp, so I suppose it's a little late to change it. Although I think Saura might have dropped off the face of the earth, she hasn't posted on the rp in very long and I've sent her a PM but she hasn't replied :S

I sort of agree with Nightchild as well. Gale left District 12 in the first place because he felt guilty (and maybe he couldn't live with seeing the girl he loved with another person?) so it might be weird if he actually named his daughter Primrose since it might remind him of everything that happen He would feel very guilty although he wasn't the one that actually caused her death (his bombs were but he wasn't aware of it) and I guess it would feel wrong for him to name his daughter like that.

Yeh I suppose. I always thought he left 12 because he couldn't face Katniss knowing she blamed him. But yeh, she's called Prim in the rp

And yeah, I was just discussing names in general. In case I'd ever start a fan fiction about it. Which I won't. Probably never, actually. I'm not awesome enough to do so. But still, I like to know what to name the characters.
