I looked to her. It would have been nice yes. But we cannot help that we know nothing. It's just a guessing game now. I focused on where I placed each paw then. One in front of the other.
The scent was getting stronger, they must be slowing down..

I caught Lands turning back around. Did he just look at me? Eh. I just want us to arrive soon, I was getting hungry.
I took in a breath to ask how much farther, but I swallowed the words and focused on the debris on the ground.

I quickened my pace so I was next to Landon. "You ok bro?" I tried. It seemed odd that I had calmed down, but my sour mood had rubbed off onto him.

I nodded and watched my steps. The sky was beginning to lighten up, the round orb of the sun would be poking up in front of us..

Zeke: i tried to hide a yawn that hd snuck up on me. My stomach rumbled again in anger and threatened to eat itself. I ground and trudged onwards.

I had fallen a couple steps behind. When Landon had stopped I wondered what was wrong, until I stopped beside him to view over the mushy, wet swamp. I wrinkled my nose from the smell of stagnant dirt. How could I have forgotten this place? It smelt like.... I have yet to come up with a word to describe it.
"Is this the place?" I ask, darting my eyes around the place.

It me a short time to take it all in. I had a feeling our journey wasn't quiet over yet.
"Where's the building?" I asked with a slight frown, I couldn't see anywhere where a human even wolf would ant to live. How could a wolf with strong sense of smell live in a place like this I would never know...
