The Unexpected Christmas And Beyond (Angel and I only)

I nodded. I sighed. I looked up at him.

"You're mine"

I smiled a little bit.

I kiss the top of her head, "Mine" I say holding her tight as the power goes out

I looked around. Not sure what. to say.

"We've got candles"

I nodded. I went back to sit down. I looked at the dieing fire. And closed my eyes. I didn't understand my father any more.

I gather candles and light them around

I just sat there looking at the almost dead fire.

I poke the fire bringing it back to life

I looked up at him. And smiled some. I was glad someone was there for me again.The light from the candles and Fire show features I wouldn't see in normal light. This Made me feel better knowing he still can be him self.

"I like looking at people in fire light it shows features I've never seen before in people"

"Sometimes SHows what you can't see in normal light." I said.

"Exactly! Nobody gets that!"

"Some times I rather Walk with fire light than Flash lights. But thats just me." I said. I stood up. There were somethings that could keep my mind distracted from my father.

"I've never tried that...maybe I will sometime with you"

I smiled. "Then we shall." I said. I looked at the fire again. the first attack will begin soon. I looked at the fire it showed me who he was after. She looked like in her mid 30s. and she had two teen kids single mom.I sighed.

"What is it?" I say taking her hands in mine

"The first of them he follows." I said. "Look." I nodded tword the fire with him touching my hands people can see what I see in the fire.

I look at it, "What will become of her two kids?"

I shrugged. "Dont know."

"We um couldn't take care of them could we?"
