Live, Die, what's next? (1x1 open)

"Love you." I said as I closed my eyes.

I fell asleep after that.

In the morning I woke up and he was completely asleep. I could tell by the way his face was so relaxed, even when he was relaxed he was focused so that took away from his vulnerability.

I got out of bed and put on some clothes. I walked downstairs to meet alpha coming up. He seemed surprised but smiled ironically. "Good, you're awake. I thought we could learn some self control today, if you're up to it?" He looked at me and I knew exactly what he was thinking so I turned red. "I have no plans today so why not?" I replied and we went outside.

I was sitting down as he showed me exactly what to do. Once he finished explaining we traded spots and I attempted to follow his instructions.

He had explained what he wanted to do, but for me to be able to do it first I have to be able to change at will. Which I could, and couldn't, apparently. Now that I was really thinking about it I couldn't change. The most I got was my tail and ears.

I sighed, I decided to sit down for a minute and alpha didn't say anything knowing I was still trying. I relaxed and didn't really think about it.

I looked at him as he stared in surprise at me. "What?" I asked. "You're turning." He said. I looked at myself. Oh, right.

He turned and though he was trying to hide it, I could sense he was frightened by me. My size was weird, because you have to be the biggest to be an alpha, and he isn't earning that titled by looking at me. Even on four legs.

I couldn't help but feel smug about being bigger here, but I didn't smile. It's still you isn;t it? I heard him ask. Still me. I replied. So I guess you may not have another wolf in you other than yourself. He said. Just instincts as far I'm concerned. (i think it'd be safe to say the twilight wolf size)

He looked up at him. Well, being that she's different it may not be the same. Her vampire could be closer to the wolf part than others, which adds to her more wolf like side. He explained. Sounds way complicated. Why can't my genetics have a guidebook?

Exactly. He said. He looked at me. So how uncontrollable do you feel they are? He asked. I really want to go run in the woods. My legs were twitching from the struggle.
