"Of course.." Alex said with a small shiver as the cold hit him, "Order what ever you lie, it's on me.." He smiled

Aria smiled. "Are you sure? I mean, I don't want to accept if you are not sure.

"I am more then sure, I am positive.." Alex smiled softly, "Just consider it your welcoming gift.."

Aria smiled. "Okay I guess I can accept. I will have the mint chocolate chip."

"Alrightie good.." Alex smiled, "One mint chocolate chip for the lady and I'll have the strawberry.." After the cashier rang them up Alex paid as they were handed their ice creams, he handed Aria's her, "Alright wanna eat it in here out side?"

Aria took her ice cream and thanked him. "Is there a bench somewhere we can sit on?"

"Yeah just outside.." He smiled and walked ahead of her and held the door open for her.

Aria followed him outside licking her ice cream.

Alex smiled and lead her to the bench and took a seat as he started to eat his ice cream, "I love this place I never had ice cream like theirs.."he smiled

Aria nodded between mouthfuls. "It is great!"

Alex chuckled, "Good to know I am glade you like it.." Alex smiled softly and watched her slightly as he ate his ice cream that's when it hit him, Seth was silent he wasn't fighting against Alex he was just there. Given up poor Seth, you know you want this one too like you wanted the last" A;ex spoke in his head with a chuckle as well

Aria ate her ice cream aware that he was watching her. "You are really nice."

Alex leaned back on the bench, "Eh I can be rather mean at time but with you I don't intend on being mean.."

Aria smiled. "Well I feel privileged."

Alex smiled, "You should.." he looked over at her

Aria smiled. "I don't want to go back to school."

"Hmm well if you want we can ditch the rest of the day, but don't be upset with me if we get in trouble.." Alex smirked

"Oh we won't" Aria got her cell out and rang school reception. "Hi Aria has come home I'll I am afraid, so she won't be returning today." The receptionist wished Aria to get well soon and then Aria hung up.

"Oh, so you'e done this before haven't you?" Alex smirked with a chuckle

Aria grinned. "Of course I have."

"Hmm I am liking you more and more.."Alex smirked

Aria poked his arm. "Oh yeah?" She teased.

Alex nodded, "mhm very much so.." he smirked

Aria grinned. "Well that's something."

Alex chuckled and finished the last of the cone he had left, "So miss Aria, what would you like to do for the rest of this fabulous day?"
