Bad boy to family man

"No not a friend in the slightest more like an acquaintance. Desperation..oh don't flatter yourself trust me I have line of other women to go after.."

"Good, because you still smell of it even if it's not for me." I said.

Johnathan smiled, "I don't think that's desperation you smell.."

"Then what?" I asked.

"Nothing important. But I do have a question for you.."

"If you're asking for a date then no. But ask anyways," I said.

Johnathan chuckled, "It's not exactly a date more like getting to know each other kind of thing.."

"What kind of thing? What are we doing?"

"Hmm I haven't thought that part out yet..."

"Well, I will give it a chance if you decide by the end of the day," I saidn

"Sounds good to me, Meet me by the big oak tree in front of the school at the end of the day."

I nodded. "Okay."

Johnathan smiled with a slight nod, "See you then.." he merely said before turning away and heading to another class.

I went onto my class and thought hardly on the incident.

Johnathan headed to his next class while his mind was lost in thought

I went to my classes completely focused, then at the end of the day I nearly went home. But I saw him at the tree and remembered, so I walked his way.

The rest of the day went by as normal and soon the last bell rang and he headed out to the oak tree he waited lost in thought. Soon enough she walked towards the tree, "You actually came I didn't think you would.." he smiled.

"I almost didn't," I said and his smile faded slightly. "Because I nearly forgot," I added.
