Mom: "He thinks you may be short fused, you get stressed easily and he thinks you should have someone like me to relieve it. He cares about you really," I said. "I doubt he really means to put your sister in charge anyhow."

I sighed. "Right. sure he wouldn't." I went back looking at the dagger. "But I'll keep it in mind." I said.

Mom: I nodded. "I will leave you alone to think about it," I stood and kissed his cheek softly before leaving. I didn't want to see him married just yet, but I was in the same mind set as he was. He needed someone to have with him to handle this without us.

S: I sighed as I started to study for this test my teacher assigned. Being an online student was easier than a regular student.

"Mom. Where is Ellie any ways? I didn't see her like I normally do. Did she go with dad this time?" I asked.

Mom: I stopped at his door. "No, she went out to see her boyfriend again. She said she would be home late or staying with him tonight so you get some peace, and perhaps your father would like to speak to you sometime after he gets home. I wouldn't stay up for it though, he might fall asleep once he comes home," I said.

"Alright. Thanks mom." I said. Out of everyone in this house. She was one of the only people i could talk to about almist anything. Even when i was in the most trouble with father.

Mom: I nodded and left him alone to think of what I said. I really hoped he could get this soon, and be happy with the decision too.

(Entering the skip)
*1 week later*

S: It had been a week since Jace saved me, I hadn't thought of him much or the situation at all. I was too afraid that the guy might come back if I thought about it so I ignored it ever happened, except when I get random headaches during the day. Now I was on a medical absence because I couldn't work under this, but I also couldn't afford a trip to the hospital so I let it go slowly.

With the week passing and the whole thing dad threw on me about the wife thing. But since the insident of saving Sonia i could stop worrying or wounder how she was holding up. So I desided to head out and see her again.

I sat on my couch working on some school work online. I finished my test within a few minutes and finished my assignments for this week. I was almost done with all my science and history credits, after this I finish my literature. As I shut my computer there was a knock at my door. I slid the laptop onto the coffee table and went to answer. When I opened it I saw Jace. "Everything alright?" I asked.

"Yea everything is fine. Just wanted to check up on you of course." I said standing there.

"Alright, well come in," I said and opened the door and let him into the living room.

"Thank you." I said walking in. I looked around. "Nice place you go here." I looked at her.

(Hey do you think at one point she would be turned? Just wondering because she would be around a clan full of vampires a lot.)

"Thanks," I said and sat down. "So what's up?"

"well I was seeing how your holding up from that attack. And wondered if you even went to get the check out?" I said. Leaning against a wall. "And if I guess right. I would say you haven't."

"I may not look it but I'm poor. I live off government allowance and money from subway for food. I can't pay for any kind of medical exams, and if its not serious then the hospital can call me a liar and sue me for wasting their time in the ER when I should've gotten an appointment," I replied. Obviously all of this was something I had experience with. Listening to parents complain of some of their troubles.

I sighed. "RIght I didn't notice." How could she be this much alone her head hit the ground hard enough to bleed some. Live on so little. "Does it still bother you?" I asked.

"Its hard to focus, and I get headaches, sometimes I have to pause what I'm doing and sit so I can get my head straight again," I said. "Otherwise I'm alright though. I can get around here on my own, and I just completed an assignment and got an A on it."

"Well thats good but not good that your still having issues." I said.

"My job gave me time off to heal up so I will be alright as long as I am taking it easy," I replied.

"Alright." I said. "Here take this it will help with getting some stuff. I'll come by tomorrow and take you out for dinner. How about it?" I asked softly. PLacing an envolope on her laptop which contained nerly $10,000 With her name on the envolope.

I looked at him. "I can't take your money," I said.

"Your not taking it I'm giving it to you to help." I said.

"Then I can't accept it," I said. "I don't accept money from anyone if I don't earn it."

"Sonia Please. I'm just helping out here alright." I said.

"I understand you want to help, but I have always taken care of myself and every penny I have ever had was earned through hard work. I never asked anyone for anything and no one ever gave it to me," I said calmly.
