Beauty and the Beast *1x1*

He was a boy who had a mother who was completely eccentric, at least he thought she was. Until she went all nuts on him. She went to the asylum where she raves on about vampires and werewolves and whatever made-up creature she can think about. He was left to be raised by his abusive, uncaring, workaholic father. Finally out of the house he's trying to figure out life, and how not to get killed for his partner preference.

The other man, while much older in appearance, was no better looking than the one mentioned before. Except when he was 20 he was attacked by a werewolf, and turned. He hides himself away from people in order to protect them. He never thought much of dating, but of course he always imagined he'd be with some hot chic, never did he think he'd really have to push away a man he fell for. He worries he won't be able to protect this already broken man from himself. What is he to do?

I sighed as I rubbed my eye and sitting up. Another nightmare about creatures attacking me. I'm starting to think I'm just like her. I didn't tell anyone, but its not like there's anyone to tell. I got out of bed and turned on my stereo to get some sound going on in my empty duplex. I dressed in a tank top and a short sleeved hoodie with khaki shorts.

I walked around the mansion i lived in the woods. I only left when i needed to get supplies. Right now i needed more food. So i grabbed some bags and a baskets to go out normally my maid does it but she was on her day off

I looked through my kitchen and despite it all being full I still decided to go to the supermarket. I wanted one of my favorite snacks, chewy Reese's chips ahoy. So I got my shoes on and left the apartment quickly.

I walked throw the forest path to get to the market.

I smiled and waved at the greeter in the market. We were old friends from school school. She was one of those who helped me when the guys were bothering me about being, well me. I went to the snacks aisle quietly.

I decided to grab some snacks for when I'm in the mood for them so i went to grab some. Though i wasn't watching where i was going

I stopped to look at the cookies and found myself on the floor afterwards. It felt more like a car than a person so I had to wonder, what the hell was that?

I help my hand down at the person but didn't say anything

I looked up at him and was a little speechless as I accepted the hand and stood up. He was handsome, but I've grown used to men like him being straight and I probably won't be seeing him again.

When i felt his hand i felt the need to protect him and for a man he was quite cute.

I realized I was staring pretty hard and the we were still holding each other's hand and blushed. I let go and said, "I'm sorry I guess I wasn't paying any attention when I stopped." I honestly wasn't sure who's fault it was that we ran into each other.

"No it was my fault" he was a handsom yet also beautiful in a way that made me feel something that i never felt for a male. I shook my head ignoring the thought. It should be only women as my mentor or the werewolf who bit me then trained me the basics of being a werewolf.

"Well I'm still sorry for the collision anyhow," I said.

I just nodded and walked around him to get other food

I watched him walk away quietly. Something told me that I should go after him, and try to make something out of this. But something else told me I might not want to get involved with him. I realized how much like a book or movie or whatever this felt like, wanting to know him and the urge to stay away. I turned away finally and picked up my snacks. I started to look around just to see if I may need something else before getting in line.

I didn't know what to do part of me wanted him and wanted to go back to him, but the otherside knew it was better not to.

As I stood in line I saw him move across the store, I sighed. I really didn't want to be that creep, or push myself on someone who clearly doesn't like me.

I sighed maybe i could invite him over there should be no wrong in it or we could talk. I walked up to him"hi I'm Veric"

I looked up at him as I snapped out of my thoughts. "Uh Hi, Dylan," I replied. I wasn't sure what was happening, he seems like a pretty closed off sort of person.
